From the moment I was greeted by his office assistant/trainee Chanteé I was treated with so much care and intention, it was almost overwhelming. After completing paperwork and discussing my issues/reasons for the visit to Chanteé, I met Dr. Knowles who made sure he addressed every concern and question I had. He is extremely thorough and very much so concerned with educating his patients, not just taking their money! Dr. Knowles detailed the causes of my foot problems and explored multiple treatment options (instead of just offering the most costly option). He took his time to ensure that I understood all that he was doing and how the healing process would be gradual and what I could do to ensure that my issues do not persist. I felt completely comfortable, understood and valued as a patient and customer! Dr. Knowles and Chanteé were so wonderfully kind and compassionate, I felt as if I was being cared for by family! Oh, the best part of this experience is that I came in with severe foot pain in both feet and left out of the office on cloud nine with no pain and a huge smile on my face! Not only did he and Chanteé treat my injuries, they restored my hope and faith in caring and compassionate medical professionals who are interested and truly invested in restoring their patients to full health! While I know that my journey to complete restoration will take much more than one visit, after today, I will gladly be a patron of Dr. Knowles' office and will continue to highly recommend him and his practice!

He does great joint and trigger point injections. He will always refer you to another specialist if he knows that's what you need. I love the rehab/PT is next door to doctor's office. The facility is clean and the staff is wonderful. When you call they are nice and when you come in they are nice, personable and genuine. The xray techs are so helpful and take their time when assisting you. A doctor's office is made on the clerical staff and these ladies are top tier. I was there one day when staff was on the phone with someone who was lost and she never sounded frustrated or made any side comments while assisting. Orthopedic issues are painful and you want an attentive compassionate staff and this place delivers. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I don't feel like a patient but a friend stopping by. Barkley completes paperwork in a timely manner necessary for your job and return calls are prompt as well. I am 58yo and had recent hip revision and Danielle and Dr. Toy were AMAZING from beginning to end. I didn't have to call in then wait for someone to call me back when I had a question about medication. I used the app to communicate and Danielle's response time was great. Dr. Toy followed up with me by phone several times after my surgery and urged me to reach out for anything via his cell. What surgeon you know giving out their cell number? He barely touched my knee and pretty much dismissed anything I said and since "nothing" showed on xray he wanted to give me cortisone shot and send me on my way. Still continued to have major pain in my knee so I went to Titan Orthopedics and even without having MRI, Dr John Lochemes knew I had a torn meniscus. He squeezed/touched/moved my knee several different ways and said he was 99% sure it was torn meniscus, after MRI it was confirmed I actually had 2 tears.

My pain is real and they were going to find the answers. I just had my second surgery and am finally founding relief from all my leg pain. While I was in recovery, I experienced what was thought to be a side effect from anesthesia, Dr Campion came over to check it out and kept me longer to make sure it was subsiding. Some of the office staff leave something to be desired, but I find that at most clinics in Memphis. This does need to be addressed as they are the front line of the patient experience.

Both surgeons have been extremely competent and compassionate, answering my many questions, explaining the problems with each joint and my options for treatment. Each time, the doctors worked with me to try to save the joints instead of rushing to surgery. I highly recommend Campbell Clinic and will not hesitate to return should I have issues in the future.

I had also previously had a terrible experience with another doctor, among other things, and I had just about given up on being treated decently. In walks Dr. Christian and he immediately made me feel comfortable! I told him how I was feeling, and he listened. Dr. Christian went over my prognosis thoroughly and explained that I would need surgery. I was still pretty pissed off about how the OTHER doctor (if you want to call him that) had treated me, so I was not in a good headspace at all that day, but Dr. Christian understood that and made me feel so much better. He told me to let that experience go, to trust him, and I did. I DID have the surgery with Dr. Christian, and I must say everything went GREAT! It was also a very emotional day for me because my surgery day fell on the birthday of my dog that recently died, but the surgical staff understood that too, and helped dry my tears before I went into the surgery room. I would like to say I could not have asked for a better experience even if I wanted to. My post- surgical care has also been great. YES, ROTATOR CUFF SURGERY IS PAINFUL, and I HATE going to physical therapy!!!! There is no way around that, but my pain is being managed. I would recommend ANYONE who is facing rotator cuff surgery to Dr. Christian and the entire staff! By the way, I am a worker's compensation case, so please do not feel like you will be treated any less than if that's the case because I wasn't, and that's the TRUTH!!!!!!! Has anyone ever had the experience I am having with my knee replacement? My surgeon chose…read morecementless vs cement. It has been 19 months and to this day I have trouble walking, swelling, climbing steps, falling,etc. Dr. Ferguson was my surgeon and I would not recommend him. I was experiencing problems post surgery, but his assistant would not let me schedule with him. The physical therapist told me it sometimes takes a year for the swelling to go down. That is because the surgeon is not lible after a year. I have seen 3 orthopedic surgeons and they just say my knee is not infected and in place. I am not able to work like this anymore and will probably have to go on disability.
