Hazlet has two pharmacies and both were pleasant efficient and super helpful. This Sayreville location is awful. I don't know why they don't have more check ins by District management etc. You walk in the line is so long almost to the normal checkout registers. Those behind the pharmacy almost pretend like they don't see you. They act busy when in fact they're checking personal cell phones or whatever. I've been talked down to told to wait for a text regarding my script, when I in fact received a text stating it was completed. I don't think they put enough training into new staff. They walk around like oblivious. I really don't understand the issues there. I also don't know why it's so unorganized. There were three people filling scripts and seems to me 2 new trainees left to fend by themselves while at least 15 people waiting. All in line had same response how terrible this location is. I've yet to see the same actual pharmacist in there. Either I move my scripts to South River or find and entirely new pharmacy all together, maybe one that isn't a chain. I hate going there. I hate the attitude they all have. Mostly young adults who quite frankly should not be working in customer service. Worst pharmacy ever.

My doctor prescribes my medications on a monthly basis lock clockwork, and for the first few months everything was going well. After a few months, this Walgreens would put holds on medications and not give me a good reason as to why. They usually blame the app (which is also garbage) or correct it for me. I attempted to create a schedule with them so that I can receive all my meds at the same time, and they managed to mess that up as well. I'm currently looking for another pharmacy.
