Unbeknownst to us there was a gentleman behind the counter the entire we walked around the front of the store looking for plastic caps. He never said a word nor offered assistance. We found the caps; but my son was also looking for a silk du-rag. He inquired with the gentleman and he said we could find it in aisle 1A/1B. The lights in the back of the store were off. My son used his iPhone flashlight so we could see - ridiculous. After a few minutes a very nice lady appeared (the 2 stars are for her) and asked if we needed help. She pleasantly assisted my son with making a selection. This lady was the silver lining. I thought she was a fellow customer; but she's an employee. If my son wasn't in desperate need of hair supplies, I wouldn't have stayed once I realized the gentleman was behind the counter the whole time.
