This company Get Er Done has changed their name to Check It Out is owner name Rex is a rip off. Someone stole my check and cashed it there. I called spoke with the young lady was told to bring my ID in and let them see my signature the young lady look at my signature and showed it to the manager. I was told let them speak with the owner and they would get back with me. I waited a couple of days no-one contacted me so I decided to go down and ask for the owner the lady said she was his wife let her call him. She calls him inform him about the situation. Rex the owner answered the phone was very apologetic he claim he look at the tape and he know it wasn't me he would do whatever even if he had to take the lost and give me my money. He then ask me to go to where I got the check from to see if they could cancel it I said okay let me call them and I will call you back. I call him back and inform him the company said there was nothing they could do because the check had already been cashed and that it was Get it done responsibility since they had cashed the check. I had already filed a police report Rex the owner had spoke with the detective claim he would take care of the check if I brought a letter from the company stating they would not reissue a check I did just that I have tried reaching out to the owner Rex server time he would not answer. I have called the Better Business Bureau and just to let you all know stop paying your Peoria City Bills there because they are not allowed to take city bills they have been giving out fake account number call to check your City Bills read more

These guys are great. Absolutely no complaints. Every single person working there is just the sweetest! They always are friendly and fast.

I went to get er done on Main street to cash my pay check. I get leads on line do the work then they FedEx me a check. The manager or whoever he is. He is rude likes to make people think he God or something. He said he would have to verify the check. I waited. Then he asked to see my business license. I don't need a business license. Then he asked if I got my work off line I said yes. He took my check wrote void across it and said I was lucky I wasn't going to jail. I get these checks once a month and I have for 2 years I've never had a problem with a check. Not only was I embarrassed because everyone in there heard him I was bothered because I've never been treated like that before in my life and I'm 60 years old. I have done business there before with John and when John's wife was sick and they was asking for donations I stopped in almost everyday to donate money. I will never go back there and I would recommend that you find another place to do your business because they will never win an award for customer satisfaction or customer service. The people that I work for are issuing me a New check and I will not be going back to that place for anything. Just another reason you need to graduate from high school you at least have manners. read more
