I just moved to Peoria il from Austin Texas and was looking for a new insurance company and agent Closer to home. I drive by Randy Begole State Farm Office on my way to work downtown and decided to stop in on my lunch break. I was immediately greeted and felt welcomed by the lady behind the counter even while she was helping a customer. Then Randy Begole walked up and he introduced himself to me. He didn't try to immediately get me into an office and sell me an insurance contract. Randy and I just had a delightful conversation about life, family and sports, like we were old friends catching up. No sales pitch or pressure. My lunch break was quickly getting over and I had to go back to work. The next day I called Randy about getting a quote on my two cars and he responded immediately to what I needed and did not need in coverage. He then emailed me the quote and info within the hour and placed no pressure on me to respond back. I felt the quote was fair and I purchased the car insurance and a few days later renters insurance. Now I know he was not making a whopping commission off my two cars and renters insurance but he treated me as though I was as important of a customer as the guy with a million dollar home insurance policy. I did not have time during work to take off and go over my paperwork at his office. So Randy met me at my home after I was off work. Again Randy didn't just get our signatures and leave, not to be seen again. He stayed and just wanted to make sure my wife and I were getting along in Peoria and gave tips about good restaurants and things to do in the area, Randy was a wealth of information. A few weeks later I called Randy at his office needing some direction on something outside of insurance. Randy wasn't in and I left a message. Randy called me back in a few hours and he spent time with me to help get my problem resolved and gave some great advice. The reason I spent time writing about Randy Begole State Farm is not only to express my gratitude to him for his guidance but to tell people he's the real deal, "A Good Neighbor". Thanks Randy for what your doing and who you are. read more
