From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by shelves stocked with an impressive selection of high-quality organic groceries, fresh organic produce, bulk foods, herbs, teas, and natural supplements. Whether you're looking for gluten-free options, vegan staples, or hard-to-find items like salt-free snacks or specialty bulk grains, they have it all. (We definitely are not vegan but it's there with everything else) The focus on organic and locally sourced products really shines through, making it easy to shop guilt-free and support sustainable, healthy choices. This is our first choice when looking for organic food in Union County. Buying and consuming organic food has improved our quality of life. The largest life hack I can share is to stop eating processed garbage food. Eat real food and know what you eat is actually good for you. Everything you consume does affect your health. Also consider fresh milling your grains and make your own bread. It's easy and you can make bread for weeks by freezing half loafs. The smoothie bar is pretty cool as well.

The nutty bowl tasted like just blended strawberries. I used to work at a smoothie place that used frozen acai fruit in their bowls that was pre blended, most places I've been to use that too :) it's definitely way overpriced to buy a fruit bowl that uses acai powder, I would not consider it an acai bowl...as the texture & flavor was more like a strawberry fruit smoothie.

The establishment is large, open and airy with an industrial type feel and coffee house type seating. It smells wonderful in there like freshly baked cinnamon bread. There was a quite loud praise music playing on the sound system and while it was not offensive to me, a more neutral music soundtrack, maybe instrumentals, might make the atmosphere feel more welcoming to all clientele.
