The bread is always delicious with just right amount of sour, springy, and lasts about 5 days (that's a good sign of REAL food). The customers on my food truck give frequent compliments too. They make delicious pies, sugars, extracts, gluten free options, and now espresso! We also love the Vault 19 theme - a fun & unique nod to the Fallout games... the list goes on. We also bought two cookies and one piece of decadent chocolate each. According to my MIL, some chocolates are meant to be revered, savored.
