This company works on a fee for every load, a unique business model in the moving industry where most of the providers charge by the weight or on an hourly basis. + They arrived on time with a four-man crew. It was pouring but they took extra care with our furniture, which included some extraordinary pieces. + They worked fast. This was a difficult move because the weather and the difficult staircase but they made it look easy. Virtually no damage to to the house we were leaving or the condo. The furniture all arrived without any issues. their 18-years of experience showed! + The crew members were polite and went the extra mile to meet our needs. They worked together extremely well. I bought wood in anticipation of this ice storm that's coming, and we are an all electric house except for this fireplace. I received another automated confirmation of my appt Wednesday . After a further miscommunication was cleared up, Kyle came by at 4 and did the job. Laid out a tarp, played with my dog, cleaned the chimney, and patched a small crack in the back. While the tech was out here, he was talking about needing to do all this that and the other and I asked him not to because I was not going to pay for things that did not need to be done. He ended up hucking up the guage for check freon and doing so caused a leak. I had to call them the following year to have them recharge it. Again while he was here he wants to do all this that and the other again. Here we are a year later land it low on freon again, freezing up in the heat of the summer and they can't even come out for 2 more day
