They never showed up! I called them several times to find out what was going on and I NEVER heard back from them. I am not sure why they would schedule to start service and not show up or call to explain why. Not very professional in my opinion.

When he showed up to do the cleaning he was quick and efficient and the carpet looked amazing. He also used a deodorizer that removed the long-term dog smell. I would definitely use Clean Air Texas again and recommend them to my friends and family!
