They placed a protective conditioning serum after my eyelash tint/perm. My eyes look amazing. They listen to you and are pampered. This place is a fantastic gem. I know I have people who know what they are actually doing. I am always happy with these results. I cannot recommend them enough. Also their Wynard branch is awesome as well. The threading occurred first, I told the lady I like to have thicker brows but after she was done I…read moresaw that quite a bit was taken away.... however this wasn't the worst part. The eyelashes started, she seemed to have trouble sticking the strip down but then also taped the eyelid so tight that my eye couldn't physically shut, and when she started gluing eyelashes on, my eyeballs started to burn/sting. She told me it was because my eyes weren't shut but I couldn't close them that with the way they were taped. She proceeded to ignore my concerns and I endured as best I could. When she said she was finished, I couldn't open my eyes for about 10 minutes as they were in so much pain, they felt glued! She was very insensitive about it all also. It was a completely uncomfortable experience, a harsh contrast to the other few times I have had eyelash extensions, one session of which I even fell asleep it was so peaceful. I'm not sure how there are any positive reviews here... but there's definitely no way I would come back here.
