We went on the guided clear kayak eco tour while in town for a wedding. We were able to sign up the day before when there were only four spots available for the entire day. Adam was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide and having Tammy, the manager along was a bonus. Obviously, spotting wildlife is never guaranteed but Adam was an expert in spotting everything from manatees, birds, fighting conch, Cassiopea jellyfish, and starfish. Tammy spotted a ray and a turtle that zoomed away before most could see it. Adam was good at keeping the group together and explained much about the area and wildlife. Great way to spend a morning in Jupiter in the water. read more

Loved the experience! We were told our phones would get soaked so we didn't bring them, but honestly if you have a pocket or something type of water proof case (even a ziploc bag!), totally bring your phone. You'll want to capture the experience! Our tour guide, Shelby was wonderful! He answered all our questions and was super insightful on Jupiter and all its wildlife. I went for the sunset tour and was lucky enough to see 2 manatees and their baby! We got to see conch shells and a ton of crabs and starfish. The coolest part was being able to stand in the middle of the sandbar, it was so surreal. Shelby gave us a one of a kind experience! Would recommend him and this company. One Star for each Manatee we saw. Paid for a two hour Kayak trip of which 1.5hrs were spent standing on sandbars. And listening to our guides saying their kayaks were swamped. The guides were very nice. It's not their fault they have received zero training. Way over priced for the lack of experience and lack of paddling. read more

We had the greatest time with Adam, whom we'll definitely try to have as our guide. Enthusiastic, careful, knowledgeable, personable, and funny. This was our first time with clear-bottom kayaks and I would recommend. While no one can control what you see, Adam worked hard to get us where we needed to go to see as many forms of water-life as we could. Manatee in first ten minutes! Starfish, rays, turtles, urchin, conch. And, of course, bait fish. Follow the directions they send you (with helpful pictures) to get to the secluded launch point. Unforgettable time. read more

We were booked for the wrong day. They would not refund or reschedule. We were offered a gift card. Which was not helpful, since we did not live there. We spoke to the owner, she was awful. She was unhelpful, inflexible and did not care about us kayaking, since she already had our money. Would not recommend at all. Customer service skills are a zero. What an experience!!! My family and I went and had a blast. Chris was an AMAZING guide! He was so knowledgeable about everything from the wildlife to the water and everything in between. He helped us so much with my cousins 3 year old- making sure she was safe and had a blast. He was able to find several starfish and other sea critters for us to see. Relaxing, fun and really a great afternoon. We will return next time we visit the area. read more

We loved our kayaking experience on the Jupiter waterway. We saw a starfish, turtles and manatees! The clear bottom is great for seeing below. We brought our dog as well. They allow dogs up to 20 lbs and you have to put a towel down to make sure pup doesn't scratch the kayak. Our guide Chris helped spot wildlife and jumped in the water to grab a starfish. The water is really clear. I recommend going on a day with very little wind. read more

This place is the definition of a tourist magnet rip-off. Pictures are misleading as the water is murky green along the whole property. Staff was rude and unresponsive to our questions. We waited over 30 minutes for someone to tell direct us on what to do but no one showed up. We watched other customers come and go on their paddle boards, so we hopped on a kayak and hung out near the entry point. A staff member screamed bloody murder in our faces that we were on a "tour guide" rather than a free pass and he immediately kicked us out. We lost $400 and another 2 members weren't able to get refunded because they were going to be absent because of work. In the grand scheme of things, this place is not willing to work with anybody and they are extremely snippy with guest and slow. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. read more

I did this tour with my friend and I had my 3 kids with me. I had planned to only have 2 with me but last min changes I needed to take all 3 and the owner and our guide Martha were very understanding. In fact, Martha took my youngest on her SUP for the tour! I couldn't believe it. Outstanding customer service. We had a bit of a windy day so we didn't see as many thing as we wished we could but we did catch up with some very friendly turtles. We had time to take breaks while waiting for the wind to die down a bit and Martha would share/educate us on the area and the ecosystem. We picked up various shells from the sandy bottom some with conch living in them. I recommend this tour if you are on vacation and you are looking for a day to try something different than the beach. It's a great family activity for all ages and no matter what you see, you will have a nice day on the water. read more

This tour is so fun! The kayaks are 100% clear and you can see right to the bottom. Our tour guide was Amber and she was so nice and knowledgeable. They had a little trailer we could lock our stuff in and we were able to bring waters on the boat. This is great for visitors or even if you want to be a visitor in your own town! read more
