I have had a lot of pain in my upper shoulder and neck and he was amazing. There is no cracking, no force just movements and certain points in your body that react to other parts of your body that will calm the nerves and muscles and which allows the blood flow to increase and inflammation to decrease. But today, I'm going to give it my best shot! Dr. Jordan does osteopathic manipulative treatment, or physical manipulation. Here's the best definition I could find: "Osteopathic manipulative treatment, or OMT, is hands-on care. It involves using the hands to diagnose, treat, and prevent illness or injury. Using OMT, your osteopathic physician will move your muscles and joints using techniques including stretching, gentle pressure and resistance." So, now that we've (kinda) defined OMT, I'll get back to my review of Dr. Jordan... I'm a total sicky, so I spend a lot of time in doctors' offices. One battle I've been fighting for a couple of years is with my galbladder. Who knew that pesky organ could render your right shoulder almost immovable?! Well, it can. I've been seeing Dr. Jordan for about 5 months for manipulations on my shoulder and gallbladder, and he's amazing! He's kind and smart, and he's always thinking of alternatives to traditional medicine and surgery. And that's right up my alley. Don't get me wrong, I'm not opposed to traditional medicine; I just don't respond well to it. And thankfully, I have a team of doctors and specialists - like Dr. Jordan - who work really well together to keep me going!

After 20 years of suffering and only able to remember the life I once lived, I needed a full hip replacement. Sadly, the pain continued following the surgery, so bad in fact that several nights a week for the past three plus years, I was unable in getting a good nights sleep. So why the 4 stars and not 5? His staff. They are semi-pleasant in person but completely unprofessionally rude over the phone. And I am not saying so because this happened once, my wife and I have experienced this probably a dozen times. But the strangest thing was When the doctor was telling me my results she continued to stare at my daughter the whole time discussing me. Then the doctor talked her in to talking me into having another procedure (surgery) for checking the same thing after saying the 1st showed negative. After surgery the doctor allegedly left on vacation. I went through the Holidays thinking I had Cancer. When the doctor returned I went back for follow up, and the nurse stared at my daughter the whole time she was in the examine room but while asking me questions. Turns out didn't need the 2nd surgery same results from first biopsy only thing I notice different now is it seems I'm being followed and heard all the time. Jesus help please.
