Stopped here because it was on our way to vacation and one of our daughters looked like she had pink eye. It was the only location we found in the area that was open until 9. The front desk person and the doctor we saw were very helpful and answered our questions. However, while we were in a room waiting on a doctor there were some staff in the hall talking loudly and throwing out a multitude of curse words. I came in for a uti, system was down so they made me sign a waiver since they couldn't find my insurance. Then I sat in the waiting room for over an hour , there was like 4 other patients, one got tired of waiting and left, I wanted to also but what was the point after sitting there for so long already. Then I get tested , I did have a uti, they gave me the WRONG antibiotic, didn't even send my urine out for a culture which is very standard practice, even I know that as a 20 year old. I am on day 5 and have one antibiotic left, and still in pain. I called and they refused to run another test or give me a different antibiotic unless I pay ANOTHER co pay, which is $75. So they want ME to pay for THEM doing their job wrong. Never coming here again , or to any get well urgent cares at that. read more

Staff was efficient and not at all friendly. While I waited for my rapid Covid test in the exam room I could not help noticing the filthy room. As a housekeeper in a hospital er I found this really repulsive. Lots of staff sitting around that should be cleaning if your cleaning staff is out. This place used to be clean. If i could i would give this place negative stars i would give it -10. They have been rude every single time I have gone, treated me like i was a nuisance, talked amongst themselves about personal matters and not listened to a word i say. Explained nothing to me about important information like my prescription, location of pick up for said prescription as well as not explaining the fact i would have to pay $72 for a simple prescription for a cold!!! I have had problems with trying to get the medication i was prescribed, could barely find where they sent it when they sent it to the wrong place and on top of it charged me $72 for a prescription when i have health insurance!!!! The building is dirty, run down and staff is less than adequate. Please go literally anywhere else than here, its not worth the trouble or the money. read more

I don't know why if I have insurance they would charge me for a COVID test. They said it was because my work asked me to get one but if I had said I live with a person that tested positive my insurance would cover it. Went to a different urgent care about 3 months before this and I didn't have to pay anything. I think they're scamming people. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst urgent care I've ever been to. I only go to it because it can give rapid Covid tests. They are rude, slow, and when you call they lie about how many patients are waiting and when you show up even if they are barely busy you end up waiting a very long time. I needed papers faxed in order to return to work and I gave them to the front desk workers three SEPARATE TIMES AND CALLED TO MAKE SURE THEY COULD SEND THEM and they STILL managed to not send them so my return to work ended up being a whole fiasco. I had to go to the clinic and demand to not leave until they faxed the papers and the dr who had seen me wasn't working so I had to then be told to show up the following Monday for that dr to fill out the paperwork WHILE I WAS PRESENT BECAUSE HEAVEN FORBID THEY DO ANYTHING THEY ARE ASKED and scan it to my work. Usually they have better staff but all they have been doing is talking to each other about private matters and not paying attention to who comes in first and has been waiting for a longer time. Literally had people come in 15 minutes after me and now I'm still waiting while they're being seen. If you ask me that's not fair or considerate at all!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place is awful. They are understaffed which I completely understand and feel bad for them. However, they are incredibly rude and condescending. At one point there was a lady with a young son puking in the waiting room and the girl at the desk seemed to not care and took her sweet time getting to the door to let the poor girl back. I would give them zero stars if possible. I went into this urgent care due to flu symptoms. When I walked in I asked for a mask so I wouldn't get others sick. I was told they do not give out any masks and everyone that is there is sick. I did let triage know that I was there for a cough and body aches so figured I had the flu. I was seen by the dr but told they didn't even have the instant flu test and they would have to send it out. The flu must be treated in a limited time with Tamiflu so it to work. How can you go into an urgent care for the flu and not even be told they can't test you for it. I demanded my money back and was given a hard time for this because the dr already came in the room. I went there to get tested for COVID. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude! Zero customer service what so ever! First accusing me of going in the back before I was called which I told her I wouldn't do that. The girl called me back. Called to ask confirmation for my COVID test and she was again extremely rude stating if you read the paper! I work in a hospital and have been around others who needed to go to work that day with an 89 year old!! I want confirmation is that so difficult. Don't work in customer service especially healthcare with sick patients if you can't be even a touch compassionate. Will not recommend this place to anyone! I came in for a morning appointment. I really do not have any complaints about my time there. The staff of nurses that helped me at the front desk and in the basic check up room where both courteous and attentive. There wasn't much of a wait (5-10 minutes at most) to see the doctor. When I did meet with the doctor he allowed me to express all of my concerns and listened intently. He followed up with his own assessment and treated me as he saw fit. I appreciated his empathetic yet professional approach. All around a very positive visit. read more

Went to this urgent care with my family yesterday was treated very poorly. Had a nurse that had on a Mickey Mouse christmas hat I forgot her name I believe she stated her name was Madia or something like that. Was rolling her eyes as we were stating our symptoms. Very snappy and just rude!! I could here her talking to an office employee. Little short African American lady with short brownish reddish hair. They were talking stating that we looked like drug addicts and said we smelled, had greasy hair and was laughing as we could here them. Very very unprofessional. Especially when I am in the room right across from the front desk! What's wrong with people these days!! What's wrong with you medical professionals that's suppose to make us patients feel welcomed and feel better not a place where we feel criticized! I will never reccomend this place to anyone!! Thought this urgent care was OK when i first started going there for me and my kids, but turns out there's a doctor there that seemed like he could care less about how I felt.What I'm trying to say is my last visit there he is who I had to see when i found out I had the shingles for the second time. I was in excruciating pain and he was very rude and seemed like he could care less about my situation, and I say that because the first thing that came out of his mouth when he came in my room was " my policy is that i don't prescribe narcotics,if it's an emergency then you should go to the hospital"!!! So I'm done with that place I did want any pain killers anyway!!!I ended up going to the hospital anyway just to get a to shot for the pain. read more
