Tried telling me what life changes I should make to pay their late fee. I'm sorry but if its an emergency, it should be considered to waive a late fee. Doctors offices don't even charge as high as they do for a late or last minute cancellation. I don't understand why they would want to lose a patient over one canceled visit. They would have made more money had they waived the late fee.
