AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I joined YELP only to warn people of this practice, and I've never complained about any place. Front-end staff is extremely rude. Secretary seriously wouldn't shut her mouth long enough to listen to me. (At least 5 other comments about front end being rude.) NP prescribed an Rx that is only available in the hospital. My pharmacist let me know what to tell THEM to prescribe. Labs were supposed to take 2 -3 days. After 8 days, I had to CALL THEM to find out that my labs were rejected because the "lab sent them the wrong test tubes." Still no call back from the nurse, NP or doc after 9 days. I likely had a potentially fatal infection (not covid) and am thankful my pharmacist had my back. This clinic is highly inept. read more

The front desk is really rude, not personable at all. Went in for something not covid related and after being rude about filling our certain information (which was left in question because of being from out of town) we had to nearly make them feel bad to get them to tell us what they wanted rather than make statements about what we didn't do. We sat in the lobby and as they offer covid testing, there were individuals coming in every 5 minutes for testing. Some that even indicated they tested positive at home but were able to sit in the lobby with the rest of the individuals there for other reasons rather than sit in their cars to be called in. The only reason this was presented as an option was because the entire lobby was packed and someone asked. As a high risk individual this is not ok. There are no covid safety protocols and overall seems pretty terrible considering this is a health facility. So unprofessional. read more

What I'm assuming to be two medical assistants were high out of their mind. I was in at the very end of the day, and they had an attitude. The one almost gave my son injections that were for someone else. She kept asking if I was going to let him have the injections and when I finally got loud with her, another guy that was a medical assistant said, " No that's for room 9". Then when I was leaving I asked the other medical assistant at the desk for the address that they sent my son's medication and she fell off the chair and got up real quick and kept talking as if I didn't see her fall right on the floor. The male medical assistant and physician did not seem under the influence, which were the main ones that examined my son, otherwise I would've left and just took him to the hospital. I'm assuming because they were about to close that the girls did whatever drug when it was closer to the time to leave because there is no way they could've ran that place all day as messed up as they were. read more

I went in with my sick son right before closing. The doctor and MAs were absolutely wonderful. The doctor was very caring, patient and took her time with my son. She listened to all of my concerns and immediately came up with a care plan for my little one. As a worried mother she was very reassuring that he would be ok. I'm so happy I went here because they truly take care of their patients. The MAs and doctor worked so well as a team and were extremely friendly and understanding giving that it was way past closing time. I'm truly thankful there are some compassionate healthcare workers out there with hearts like theirs. If I ever had to go back to any urgent cares without a doubt it would be there. If I could rate more than five stars I would! Completely satisfied and blow away with the care my son received tonight. Thank you so much to this team of wonderful Ladies! read more

The staff was very pleasant and nice. The wait time was very short. The doctor listened to all my needs. I am feeling better now. I am happy I found this place and gave them a try. They really care about there patients and provide great care. This is my new place. read more

MEAN SECRETARY I called before I came and the secretary told me it wasn't busy. I drove here in 10 mins and the entire parking lot is full. I go inside and stand in front of the secretary for about 5 minutes without her saying a single word to me. Finally she says "Can I help you" with attitude and i told her why I was there (sick) and she hands me a clip board. By the time I finished a huge packet of paperwork, everyone who came in behind me had already handed theirs in. I go to turn in my clipboard, am ignored again so I stand there right in front of her. This lady came up (came after me) and handed her her clipboard and the secretary took it from her and ignored me. When she grabbed mine, I was in the middle of asking her a question and she picked up the phone. This is the rudest secretary I've came across ever. Blatant disrespect. Don't come here, go to the ER it's probably less of a wait. Literally the last thing I want to deal with when im sick is a rude secretary. read more

I used to refer everyone here. I had many great experiences but this last time was awful. Very rude woman at the front desk. "What do you need?" Is what we were greeted with after stating we had called about Covid testing. We're a family of 4, put in a room together with 2 chairs and the exam table. My husband leans against the sink. I'm assuming he was a MA, tells my husband he's "in his spot"...my husband moves from the area. The man is wearing a surgical mask UNDER his N95 mask, he did not wear gloves to swab but was super persistent that I kept my N95 covering my mouth although only 2/4 were wearing masks (vaccinated and not symptomatic) he had no problem swabbing my family without masks. The doctor comes in and tells my husband he needs a mask, the doctor says you're here for COVID and to protect yourself since we see many COVID positive people (understandable). No problem, he doesn't mind putting on a mask although vaccinated and not symptomatic he just doesn't carry them. An employee brings in masks with HER mask UNDER HER CHIN. Seems like a circus in there any more with a lack of real healthcare providers and knowledge. I will no longer recommend unless it is a stop in for strictly COVID swab or a UTI. Btw my symptoms were sore throat and congestion. No flu swab, no strep swab, other viruses and bacteria still exist. Sincerely, A nurse practitioner with a brain. read more

The doctor was so attentive and genuinely listened to everything I had to say, the nurses were the most friendly and welcoming people I've ever met, they made me feel like they've known me forever. I called as I was told by the receptionist at my doctors office they could do a virtual phone call. Great, I had tested positive for Covid with a home self test, and was told I had to come in and be sure I was tested positive. Think is I'm 70 years old and the last thing I wanted to do was spread Covid to anyone else and did not want to go into the clinic. So the telephone conversation stopped. I went online and found out that I could set up a virtual appointment without coming into the clinic. Great, so I set up an appointment, not knowing I had to make copies of my ID and insurance cards, which took a little while to do. Filled out the information with copies of pictures and had to re-schedule. Ok, so in order to make sure everything was ready for the virtual appointment, I went a little longer this time. Finally, my time came. The person I spoke with was really nice, however, she kept insisting that I come in and have a Covid test done. Ok, I'm not feeling well, I have a fever, I've tested positive and I am not about to get into my car and go to the clinic. She still put my Covid medicine through my pharmacy and asked me how I was going to get it. I told her I was going to call the pharmacy to have it delivered, they deliver for free. She again said I really need to come in and be tested. Again, because of my age, I was not going to do that. Everything worked out, but, I don't understand why they want you to come in, among other ill individuals and possibly get more sick. Does not make any sense to me at all. read more

I tested negative for Covid at clinic 5 days earlier due to exposure to positive family members. I was advised to retest 5 days later due to Covid incubation period. I tested positive 5 days later with mild symptoms and being it was a Saturday I called clinic to ask about medications being that I am a high risk person. I was told that I would need to come in to test again before they would issue any meds. Arrived at clinic had test taken but during waiting on test a doctor comes in and says my story is suspicious (???) and trys to explain to me as to why I shouldn't be there. He did not know I had already been retested since arrival. Doctor then went to check on test then came back and said it was negative. About same time a technician puts head in door and says test will take two more minutes. Well test ended up being positive. And guess what no meds and was advised to take zinc and vitamin D. Total waste of time. Would not recommend. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for a COVID test and was told that they accepted my insurance. Flash forward two months later and I receive a bill for $123. Breakdown of my bill: Facility charges $150 Laboratory charge: $85 & another Laboratory charge: $30. First of all I waited in my car for 2 1/2 hours to receive my COVID test so why am I being charged for the facility that I was in for all of 15 minutes? That's beside the point. I am just flabbergasted that someone would lie and inform me my insurance is accepted when it is not. My insurance negotiated the bill down to $123 but still WHO PAYS FOR A COVID TEST WHEN THEY ARE FREE? Healthcare is such a scam. Places like these are the reason people do not go to the doctor. I urge you to do your research and ask your next healthcare provider or facility if they are contracted with your health insurance not ask if they in network with your health insurance. Also, if this happens to you call your insurance and have them reprocess your claim. If the claim gets reprocessed and you still owe money you then have 180 days from the date of service to file a dispute. Good luck and stay healthy people! read more
