I see that a Sheetz is extremely busy so decide to opt for a gas station beverage of some type. When I enter I see tables and tons of people hanging out...yes at a gas station. Teens to adults laughing, eating, and drinking MILKSHAKES! I decide to go to the kiosk and see if they had an Oreo shake. Cookies and Cream appears and I order. I swear I didn't even get to car before it was almost half gone! It was the best milkshake I think I've had in a very long time. So skip the normal shake spots if you need a treat, head on over to Sheetz! DELICIOUS!

I have witnessed two instances of straight disrespect and absolutely ridiculous behavior from an employee who works the late shift who is named Jarid. The first time I encountered Jarid was when he felt it was appropriate to SCREAM across the store to tell my boyfriend and I "not to touch the wine" because it was passed the time to purchase alcohol. We knew this, and were just observing the brands of wine that they carried for future reference. I let his disrespectful and unprofessional behavior slide because l figured he was just having a bad day. Tonight, was ordering food because I just got off of work at 2 am and was hungry after a 12 hr. shift. Jarid got onto the intercom to say very sarcastically "that we need to hurry up and order because they are closing down momentarily and if we don't hurry then we won't eat." As we were in line with maybe four other people, Jarid was loudly complaining about a customer calling him "trashy" and saying other things that should not be heard by customers. He then embarrassed the customer by screaming across to him in front of people "you better decide what donut you want now or you're not getting it!" I felt so embarrassed and sorry for that man. These are not the only time I have witness horrible and inappropriate customer service from this employee but there are the two the made me cringe inside. I don't know what kind of training this establishment performs in terms of customer service, but I don't know how anyone in the right mind would allow such a disrespectful person to interact with the paying customers of this business.

This particular location is in Robinson Township, and it is currently open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. My husband and I shopped in the convenience store to purchase snacks and beverages for a road trip. We found several items to purchase. Their prices were OK. The cashier correctly rang up our purchase. I would prefer that the store offer foods that are healthier. We did not use the gas pumps or the restrooms, and we did not order any made-to-order foods, so I cannot comment on their quality. The store contained some tables and chairs where customers could sit and eat. Tip: If you are a member of Giant Eagle's rewards program, then you can use your rewards to receive discounts on gas here.

Prices here are a little lower than in other suburbs but on par with the nearby Speedway and the Getgo in Robinson where the former King's restaurants once stood. This Getgo doesn't have a walk in store like some of the other major ones, however, they do sell a limited amount of grab and go. They also have a station set up for free air which is always a bonus in the event that dreaded light pops on in your car alerting you of low tire pressure. It is designed to both put in or take out excess air It has multiple entrances and is only crowded during certain times of the day. Like all Getgos, you can use your Giant Eagle advantage card to redeem your fuel perks or knock $.03 off the price per gallon you are paying. Payment at the pump by credit card is also accepted. This Getgo has been my go to place the majority of time I need gas and will continue to use them.
