Get Go is a gas-station and convenience-store chain that is owned by Giant Eagle grocery store. GetGo has hundreds of locations across several states. This particular location is in Robinson Township, and it is currently open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. My husband and I shopped in the convenience store to purchase snacks and beverages for a road trip. We found several items to purchase. Their prices were OK. The cashier correctly rang up our purchase. I would prefer that the store offer foods that are healthier. We did not use the gas pumps or the restrooms, and we did not order any made-to-order foods, so I cannot comment on their quality. The store contained some tables and chairs where customers could sit and eat. Tip: If you are a member of Giant Eagle's rewards program, then you can use your rewards to receive discounts on gas here. read more

This is a Gas only review. If you're heading to the airport and need to fuel up the rental car, then this spot is pretty easy to get to. Gas was reasonably priced. I was also stopping for lunch so it was easy to get over to Mad Mex, but it would be just as easy to get back on the parkway towards the airport. I prefer Sheetz for food normally. read more

Since I normally shop at Giant Eagle for convenience sake I will purchase my gas from them. I earn "fuelperks" of $.10 for every $50.00 spent at Giant Eagle. If I decide not to use them when purchasing gas they will drop the price by $.03 per gallon. Please note as you accrue fuelperks they expire after two months if not used within that timeframe. Where I live they recently opened a Getgo with a convenience store with gas averaging around $2.32 per gallon. So all the nearby competitors and my own at the store are doing the same thing. I don't usually stop in the convenience store but having a few Getgos in my vicinity make it easy for me to get gas when I need it. Getgo is often very crowded because of the fuelperks people get from Giant Eagle. Be prepared to wait in long lines since people always tend to flock to them. read more

I'm so fed up with this location. The staff is not friendly at all. The restroom is disgusting all of the time. And then there is tonight.... There are signs posted all around the building saying NO SOLICITING!.... YET, there was a group of four men going up to each & every person who pulled into the parking lot trying to sell their CDs. You have to be kidding me! WHY WAS THIS ALLOWED TO BE HAPPENING?! I sat in the lot for half an hour waiting for a the ex so my son could spend the weekend with him and these men approached my car 4 times (FOUR!), despite being told no. The most rude woman waited on me tonight. I stood in line for an eternity while she filled the alchohol slushie machine. The other woman on register just sat there and watched and talked while 5 of us where in line with arms full of stuff. She called me over and had the nerve to ask me what my problem was cause i was looking at her the whole time she was standing there. This was a little after 10:00pm. I just left my stuff on the counter and walked out. The actual station has really gone downhill. I used to stand by everything Giant Eagle but nowadays i will do buisness elsewhere. read more

UPDATE STILL the worst Getgo in Pittsburgh. Easily the worst operated Getgo in the area. Without exception, something is ALWAYS broken or not available. No coffee during peak traffic, machines broken, out of cups. Not sure how this has been allowed to continue for this long. Awful. read more

I have many things to say about this location to start it is a no soliciting location but I have been approached by multiple been trying to sell me AirPods. next the staff is completely and utterly rude. there have been multiple occasions where the staff has been rude to me and or other customers in the building. It's not that they have bad food. Or that they are expensive. It's the fact at any time you go there early morning or late night the kitchen is never open if you wanna compete with Sheetz. you need to be open for people to order your stuff because I walked in and left and went to sheets because at least they provide the food they're supposed to. It's hard to justify taking time to stop on your way to work, when you have to go to sheets awesome because at least they provide food so I just stop stopping. read more

Get Go has been around for a while and I'm happy to see management has kept up with the increasing traffic/usage despite the adjoining Giant Eagle closing in lieu of their move to the Market District Location. It is super close to the on/off ramps between the Parkway West and 22/30 which means it is highly inaccessible in the lead-up to Concerts in the Post Gazette ... erm ... First Niagara Pavilion. Beyond that I would avoid high traffic times if you're short in patience. Drivers aren't the kindest at this location so while you might be waiting for a pump in a suitable manner, someone will always end up blocking you or taking your spot while you allow a different car to pass. Inside the mini-mart the selection is bare-bones gas station mini-mart with very little food-food items and more along the lines of snackage. Which is a-ok in my book!! Always take advantage of their fuel perks deals in the store, 3 cents here and 3 cents there and you get to a cheaper gas tank faster than you'd think! read more

It's a shame that this location is being closed for the Market District a ways up Campbell's Hill Road because this Giant Eagle is a well-preserved example of mid 90's supermarket design. The large video (well, now DVD) section, the bulk candy area, the decor. Market District is nice, but this is a nice flashback to those innocent years without the tween/teen angst! read more

This is my Go to spot for a late night bite after work. The made to order food is always made perfectly , portioned big, and most importantly, served hot. It's the same guy that wears the little hat and speaks slightly broken English that is working the kitchen. He is always accurate, fast ,and friendly. The one star is half a complaint with GetGo policy as well as with their employees. I had $3.40 left in fuel perks for spending $3000 at Giant Eagle in July so I was going to top off both my tank as well as my girlfriends. After my girlfriend pulled in I began to back in after her to position my fuel door very close to the pump. When exiting my car I noticed the booth attendant giving me a dirty look but didn't think much of it at the time. After fueling my girlfriends car I quickly and carefully moved the the nozzle into my tank. Almost immediately the fueling stopped and a message appeared to see the attendant who very angrily told me I couldn't double pump. I let him know I wasn't aware of the policy but if he could just charge me for what I already pumped then reinstate my fuel perks, I could pump much more into my tank. He called a female attendant over because the whole concept was too much for him to grasp. When the female arrived, she again informed me I could not double pump. I let her know I understood and missed the sign as I don't typically refuel there. I accused their policy of unfairly catering to those with larger fuel tanks. She very adamantly agreed and still refused to help me rectify the situation. After I left it became clear the little man in the booth was eagerly waiting for me to double pump from the moment I backed in. If he would have been a courteous, customer-friendly employee, he may have given me notice before I began pumping. I would have brought 5 gal cans I have at home or at least used the perks on the bigger tank as I was supposed to have 30 gallons free. I don't know what's worse, the policy which punishes people who drive smaller cars, or the employees that agree it's unfair yet still try to shaft the customer. No more shopping at Giant Eagle or refueling at GetGo. read more
