I did ask for a little length to be taken off but not too much. Her execution was absolutely horrific. Nails were all different lengths, widths, even shapes. Best believe, I communicated with her a bunch of times what I was needing to be changed however, there was little to no fix. I was actively embarrassed with them. I did speak with management and they did help with cost and offered a free fix which was kind of them.
