Spent 25 years if this medical clinic for pain management they terminated me said that my drug test came back bad never asked me what happened I had a mistake with my medication never gave me a chance to tell why to my face sent me a termination letter never in my life 25 years have I ever failed a drug test these people are terrible. The building does seem to need some updates but the front desk personnel appear to be courteous and helpful. The areas that are lacking are intake staff (handling blood pressure & medical history) which do not show real customer service & personality. With that said, the NPs/ doctors suffer from the same issue of lack of personality , on a lessor level though. Overall the wait time was appropriate and time spent with doctors were efficient. A little more interest during intake and the facilities would encourage me to rate them higher in the future. I've heard of other horror stories but it seems they are making strides to better themselves and the general environment. I will make further updates as my experience continues. read more

Doctors are nice but the waiting at this office is terrible even with an appointment you wait sometimes over an hr.

The staff here is friendly and compassionate. The doctors and nurse practitioners are knowledge and caring. If you make an appointment and show up on time, your wait time will be less than 20 minutes which is pretty great for any busy family care clinic! There have been quite a few renovations and changes in management over the past 6 months and this office just keeps getting better! Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a new primary care doc! read more

Been going here for years and it has progressively gotten worse. I have been pushed through several different doctors. Recently been unable to even call for appointments or call to talk to someone when you call you wait over 30 minutes and then get hung up on , so you have to start all over in waiting on the line. You can't even leave message or talk to a live human. You hit the option for the office manager and all it does is ring, no answer no VM. Last appointment I listened to all the nurses complain about new procedures and complain about patients. This is not the place for me anymore, I am going elsewhere and telling everyone I know about my experiences at this office. read more

Horrible place...over charges, place for junkies (you hear them talking in lobby about just there to get pain pills), issues tests you dont need and when you protest am told not to come back! dr campbell is very very rude! place is filthy, dried blood was on side of cabinet. this place should be closed! read more

Great Staff and doctors...

This is not the place for you if you want to be treated with respect and care! I was promised a doctor and shown to a nurse practitioner and made to wait several hours only to be told to come back a different day. Several unpleasant encounters. Spend your money somewhere else on a doctor that cares. read more

This place has gone so down hill with Dr Barry passing away ! What a disrespectful disgrace ! They care nothing about people that were dedicated for years ! They take $150 hard earned dollars and because they over book themselves and run out of time won't due the the simple Pap the appointment was made for ! They don't return phone calls and will not address issues that were brought to their attention! My 2 Children , Mother nor I will NEVER go back !! read more

Unfortunately, I've had multiple bad experiences here. I have made appointments for an allergic reaction and a pinched nerve, and neither time was I able to see an actual doctor. Even just to see a nurse practitioner, the wait was, quite frankly, unacceptable. I have waited upwards of two hours for my appointment to begin on more than one occasion. I had a follow up appointment yesterday that I made a week ago, specifically requesting a time of day when I wouldn't have the long wait time. After waiting 45 minutes just to check in, I decided to go elsewhere. On my previous visit, there were so many people waiting to be seen that every chair in the waiting room was full and people were filling the lobby and outside. However, I've had long wait times even when the office doesn't appear to be busy. During my allergic reaction, I was told to keep a food diary until my next appointment that the nurse ignored once I got seen. It appears to me that the practice overbooks patients, resulting in long wait times and short appointments. And each time, there are multiple patients complaining about these issues. I have observed, more than once, pill seeking patients (that the nursing staff were openly discussing), people sporting face and hand tattoos including gang symbols, and patients openly discussing their prison sentences. While I certainly admire the philosophy of a practice that serves many uninsured people, it is at the expense of what I would call quality care. read more
