She needed multiple reminders to increase pressure from "medium" to between medium and deep tissue. At one point I told her I was going to get up and leave if she was unable to give me the massage I paid for, then she paid more attention to my request for more pressure. She stopped at 1155am. No attention at all to feet, scalp,face which in my 50 years of getting massages is fairly routine. Feet have never been skipped before on a massage. I usually tip well but today I couldn't find a reason to tip for service. I won't be seeing Berta again when I go back. Bad attitude, bad service.

Daisy was the one who give me the deep tissue massage and she's know what she's doing. She has magic hands and she's always asking for any specific areas that's hurts.
