My fiancee (now wife) are prepping our backyard for our July 5th wedding and Marcus and Jason come out to setup the Executive trailer for our guests. It's an awesome trailer so we're stoked to have our guests use that instead of having 200 people go in and out of the house the whole time. Unfortunately, there was a leak that they couldn't repair on site. The trailer had to be taken away and replaced with upgraded porta potties that we were not sold on since it was a step down from the trailer. After speaking with Marcus, he told me that they would work on the trailer since at the time, it looked as though the trailer would have had to be taken apart to get it fixed. At that moment in time, it did not look good to have the executive trailer and the misses was stressing out. A couple of hours pass by and Marcus gives me a call. They fixed the leak and would have it back at our residence first thing the next morning to get everything setup for the wedding! I never had a chance to go into the trailer during the wedding, but from what everyone said, I missed out. Music playing, extremely clean, and it even had A/C! It was 98 degrees outside so the guests didn't want to come out of the bathroom. I couldn't tell you how many people were talking about the bathroom...it was kind of weird, not gonna lie :).We couldn't have asked for a better experience from what could have been a very unfortunate situation. Marcus was extremely professional, polite, and accommodating for everything that we needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We thought paying $99 was a fair cost if it allowed us to preserve the condition of our bathroom! Last year we had a post-covid party and had to pay $199 for one of their units. Spendy, but again, we thought it would be worth it. When I enquired about reserving a unit this year for a small family gathering, I was given a quote of $399. Another doubling in price?? When I sent an email questioning this, I was told that since I had rented prior, my account would be grandfathered in to a lower price. By then we had already made other plans for our family gathering due to the Porta potty issue. I admit, that was decent but why be complicit in price gouging in the first place? I don't understand this practice and I don't recommend Porta Pros to any regular member of the public who wants to keep their own bathroom in good shape.

It is unique, cute and mobile (easily placed at the venue). I liked that the photo booth is spacious, and there are no strange colored lights that some photo booths use - the ones that make people look like aliens! Included in photo trailer rental: Full service package allowed us to customize the photo strips with our names and wedding date. The service came with plenty of props as well as a beautiful bamboo cover photo book. I was thankful that the photo booth was staffed, as the attendants ensured that guests were using the booth correctly. They also securely adhered photo copies in our photo book and reminded guests to write a message (especially helpful when it comes to intoxicated guests). Additionally, we received a high quality online gallery! I was easily able to save it as a Google Photos album. Website/communication: Can be a bit confusing. The photo bus and photo trailer website (idahophotobus.com) is separate from their standard photo booth website (treasurevalleyphotobooth.com). Website is not updated (converted horse trailer not listed, photo bus page states "we are currently reserving dates November 2018 through 2019") and can be hard to navigate.
