This place is horrible. Don't waste your money. Find a different go cart track to go to. Workers act like they hate their job. Couldn't find our reservation. Barely wanted to let us check in. On the first race I Had a 25 second lap time. So my cart got a speed bump. Before our group went for the next race. They said on their radio to dial everyone back to the slow speed. Asked for the workers name and they told me to go out to the track to ask for their name because they didn't want to snitch on their lame coworker. Awful experience and a waste of money. Disappointed to say the least! (Employees were disrespectful) Let me start with the fact that we went in maybe an hour and a half before closing. A couple small groups before us. We were told we would get to race just the two of us because the other groups had faster carts. No worries! That made us more excited for our date night. The last race of the night and the only ones on the track! However, this did not happen. Last second with no warning an employee joins our race. This employee had a faster cart so it was already an unfair race. That didn't stop him from racing aggressively and breaking the rules of the track. His buddies did not flag a single one of these incidents. If it had been a normal customer there is a chance they would not have been allowed to keep racing with how many rules were broken. No apology took place after the fact. We have both had many experiences here, making this one very disappointing for good reason. read more

Like the others point out, there's no way to know when you might go, if ever. They are happy to sell multiple races, but I can't imagine how long it would take to use them. Our 4 kids did one race then two were 'automatically put in the queue' to go again. We waited 2 more hours (& more $) and gave up after hearing multiple/3-4 times we were '2 races away.' Staff will avoid eye contact, lie to you, run away. Front desk can't help. It seems simple to be transparent about the wait (many TVs), but they keep changing the list. Nice facility, but I didn't mean to spend 3hours for 5min. Adults didn't even try to race!! read more

This is a fun place. It's big, well maintained, clean and staff has always been amazing (from front desk to kart loaders.) they connect both tracks on Weds and Thurs. the annual membership fee of $7.95 just seems like a scam though :/ I took 4 kids and it cost $150 for one 6-minute race. I think everyone should try it but I just can't pay the price. It's a one time thing at those rates. read more

Horrible experience. We checked in and paid to race and then left to get dinner. Came back 40 minutes prior to first race time and sat and waited to race for 2 hours. Our race time was moved back 1 hour with no notification. And no explanation. Worst experience ever. Multiple families were also experiencing delays as well. I am not the type to leave reviews, especially rude ones but my experience here was ridiculous. If I could give a 0 star I would, I went with my family of 5 people in all, I was told that there was an hour wait at 12:50pm, 2 hours later I ask them when we are going and they say we still have to wait 20mins, 20mins later and we are still waiting. So we thought the least we could do is get some over priced food, just to sit and wait an hour for anyone to even come and take our order at the food bar. I paid 130.00 for two people on two races, just to wait 2hrs later then told and receive over priced microwaved food an hour after ordering it! Ridiculous. read more

Absolutely awful customer service. No one was at the front desk for 15 min. When we were finally helped we were told to come back in an hour and they would reserve us a spot. We agreed... came back in an hour then we got told we had to then wait another HOUR. I recommend being able to make reservations no matter how big the party is. We had a party of 6. And you can only make reservations for a party of 8 or bigger. I will not be coming back. We traveled a long way just to experience this establishment and we were extremely disappointed. K1 made us create 10 different accounts for 10 drivers (most of whom are minors), just to tell us it was a 2-3 hour wait because of an unannounced group event. I asked if we could put our names on the waitlist. Answer: no. We either had to pay and wait 2-3 hours (no leaving or risk forfeiture of all race fees), or come back later and put our name on the list when we arrived, which would like still be 1-2 hours if we returned hours later. Ridiculous. Create a reservation system or let people enter a waitlist and text when people are within 15-20 min of a race. Your current system is trash and you lost $600 on our group. Making people sit around for hours is wildly inefficient and disrespectful of customers' time. Will not be back. read more

Had a really negative experience with management today! Came for two laps, it was my first visit to a K1. My first race was fast, fun, enjoyable and exactly what I was expecting! But then came the second race. The cart was noticeably slower (imagine driving a lawn mower across a field). I braked completely, then started up again to reboot. No improvement. I took my foot completely off the brake pedal - again, no improvement. Due to how slow my cart was, the staff ended my race early (10 laps instead of 12). I informed the staff upon my disappointing completion of my race to check cart 20 because of how slow it was. Management waited twenty minutes to address my concerns, and basically called me a liar upon pulling the cart out "to test it." They even hit me with the "well no one else has had problems with it today so..." just unfortunate that this business can't take accountability. I hate writing negative reviews but it's incredibly frustrating to be screwed over by management that doesn't have integrity. I hope nobody else has this experience. Spending $26.95 on 38 seconds of frustration is an absolute crime. read more

I booked a group event here and our team had a blast! Once you select a date and time, we selected a package. In our case, we selected the mini Grand Prix which includes two races ( a qualifying race of 10-laps and final race of 12-laps.) Booking in advance allowed for us to have a designated time to race with just our group rather than other members of the public. The package includes a $10 food and beverage voucher for each person. We chose to add a few additional items as well. At the end of the final race, there was an award ceremony with medals for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place. The food was great, the employees were courteous and organized and we had a great time! Thank you K1! read more

Arrived Saturday at opening (10am). We had completed the online member forms and paid our $8. This is the first stupid thing. Why does each person need to pay some membership fee? Not at all sure. All costs to ride should be included in the price. But these days, add-on fees is so popular. I guess I can get why they do this. However, I hope they make enough off of this member fee to make up for return business. You also can complete the racing fees online. I think it was $60 for 3 races. The prices were fine. You get a email with a large bar code to use when you arrive and check in. We were the first in the door at opening and got this young lady that was not nice. She was very slow at the system they use. The bar code is not used. Amazing with technology available that they don't have the ability to scan the bar code to access the race reservations/purchases. They ask your name and seem to look it up in some list. Then they take the reservation email and hand type in the number above the bar code. After several minutes, she gets a plastic card out and writes your name on it. That card is never used and worthless. After doing this for each member of our party, we are told nothing more. We asked what we do at that point. She did explain our names would be called. We went down near the doors into the racetrack. We waited about 10 more minutes and were finally called. The guy doing the safety talk was not very nice. He would say something like the green flag means to "go" and then say "do you understand?" pretty rudely. Ok, we are all adults that understand English. We completed that and then were told to get helmets and were just told to get in the row of cars. We did so and after a few minutes the racing started. It was fun. The cars were pretty fast and they ran well. Then we waited for the second and third races. We were told on the second race to get in certain cars. When we reviewed the race results, our names were not assigned properly to the cars on the first race. That is because they did not tell us to get in a certain car on the first race as they did on the second and third. Just lazy. There is a little snack place and bar advertised on their website. When we arrived, there was a sign that stated no food was being served. Really? Then when we tried to get a drink between races, we were told no liquor license so they couldn't serve anything. This was irritating. The whole visit was pretty disappointing. If they get their act together, this could be a good place to have some fun. But not anytime soon. read more
