The lady helping me, although super sweet, she was not doing a great job, cut my cuticles and they burned and left a mark, and was taking forever. 2 hours and 30 minutes for a pedicure? Insane. Stopped the service at the 1 hour and 15 mark. Additionally the receptionist was speaking very loudly and profane on the phone, apparently with an ex partner, which is in my opinion extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional even if there is no other customers but me.
