i made an appt today with vanessa at 10:30. i go during my lunch hour. i called at 10:22 to let…read morethem know i am running behind and if it's ok to set appt for 11. the receptionist said yes. so i drive in to the parking lot at 10:58 and get a text from the salon that vanessa cancelled my appt because she got a walk in. after the receptionist confirmed my appt change from 10:30 to 11. so i go in and there is no walk in just the receptionsit and vanessa sitting there on her phone. so i ask why are they cancelling and the recptionist says now that vanessa has an appt at 12:30 and can't see me. mind you this is all happening at 10:59- 11am. so i left and went to empress nails across the street. they have gel x and patty did a great job! this salon probably loses a ton of business because the girls who work there lie so they don't have to see anyone. so unprofessional. i do not recommend and the work is not that good. i go for convenience because it's close to my job. management needs to step up.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE I went to this salon twice. The…read morefirst time, I got a full set. I had called to see if they would take a walk in and they said absolutely. I get there, and there was 4 ladies working and only me. The nail tech was talking to her coworkers and watching a horror movie on the tv ignoring me completely. I didn't expect a whole conversation with her- but as she was very distracted, she cut my cuticles and was very harsh with the buffing and filing. I decided to give it a second shot. In November, I was scheduled for a C-section and needed to get my acrylic nails removed. I told the nail tech that I wanted my nails to be natural. I just wanted the acrylic off, nails filed and buffed. Needles to say, I had SO many random cuts in my nail beds. Nail tech (a different one than the first) was very distracted with her coworkers. It seems like this place doesn't care for their clients and sees this more as a place where they get to hangout and watch Netflix all day long. Definitely never going back.
