I recently had my nails and toes done two days ago and was very happy with the service and color at the time. However, once I got into natural lighting, I noticed the nail color appeared a bit blotchy and could have used an additional coat for a smoother, darker finish. I called today to ask if I could come in for a quick fix, fully expecting there might be a small charge for the adjustment. I was surprised to be told I would need to pay for a full service again ($45), especially considering I had just spent around $90 two days ago. This was disappointing, as I was simply hoping for a minor correction rather than a completely new service. I've always supported your business and recommended it often, which is why this experience was upsetting. While your service is usually great, this situation makes me reconsider returning in the future. I appreciate the work you do, but I do wish there had been more consideration in this case.

I LOVED all of the pedicure options, I forget exactly which package I chose but it was so relaxing. The nail painting is the only complaint I have, I think I got a very young and less educated tech. She ended up doing my nails then my hot wax treatment, it ended up messing up the polish and she had to do it again. In total she re did my nails 3 times and unfortunately I chose red polish so the skin on my toes were red by the time I left. Today was my last visit here, im extremely disappointed in the service done, and didn't even get to finish it because of how it was going. The lady helping me, although super sweet, she was not doing a great job, cut my cuticles and they burned and left a mark, and was taking forever. 2 hours and 30 minutes for a pedicure? Insane. Stopped the service at the 1 hour and 15 mark. Additionally the receptionist was speaking very loudly and profane on the phone, apparently with an ex partner, which is in my opinion extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional even if there is no other customers but me. The quality of this salon has gone down greatly, again extremely disappointing.
