The resort doesn't let outside massage people come to you, so the spa just handled it: Maria, a driver they trust, picked us up and dropped us off, about 30-60 min each way. Super easy to deal with, too - they mostly do everything over WhatsApp, and Gina (the owner) had it all sorted out for us. Before we started they had us fill out a quick little survey on what we wanted worked on, and they actually stuck to it during the massage. The place itself has this industrial-but-cozy, zen vibe going on - very chill. They've got a shower to rinse off before you start, and they even give you your own little scrub for it, which was a nice surprise. The therapists were seriously amazing, some of the best massages we've ever had, and they use a little sound bowl to signal when it's starting and ending, which felt like such a nice touch. We got the 2-hour couples massage, and after they brought out tea and a fruit tart - felt way more like a retreat day than a spa appointment. Pamela is from Argentina and is very personable. She does a great job coloring my hair and gives the ends an occasional trim. The prices are super reasonable. She does hair and makeup for events, and offers some facial hair removal services. I haven't used them myself as I just get my hair colored and trimmed. I had a friend in town visiting and she made an appointment with Pamela and absolutely loved her hair! She does not speak English completely, but between my google translator and her little English, she understands my needs perfectly. Also, when you come, the entrance is a bit hard to find the first time. Just go up the stairs...walk straight back...and it's immediately on your left. If the door is closed, just knock and they let you right in. Give her a try! She's great!!!

We had a 10:30 appointment and walked in a little early. The location was easy to find and it was very clean. They had a room set up for us with both beds ready to go. And wow. I've had a lot of massages, all over the world....most masseuses know my traps are the problem but idk what the masseuse here felt that others didn't, but she really got in there without it being super painful and focused on the whole area. I was the most relaxed I think I've ever felt in my shoulders. I just wish I was local so I could go back again and again because for $100? It was more than worth it.
