They have learned so much and the methods of learning are so unique. I love that the work is individualized to each child. They are neither held back or pushed ahead before they are ready. They are very attentive, supportive, and always treat you like you are family from the moment you walk in the door and not just as a parent or guardian of an attendant. It could be your first time walking in there and they will greet you with a warm and welcoming smile. They keep you up to date with their app that tells you how often your child is changed, incidents (if any), meals, etc. The staff is quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have. They have a great environment that is always clean and full of fun activities for the kids and even families from time to time. The adults and parents take themselves too seriously and are the kind of adults that peaked in high school and think they have the authority to do and say whatever they want. The teachers love to embarrass students based on learning abilities and make sure nothing stays discreet. The school does absolutely nothing in the way of bullying besides some lousy posters. If you are getting bullied in The Williams school best believe your bully will not get any punishments or long term consequences. The kids there are also horrible and will shun anybody out of their circle who doesn't fit their requirements. Going there feels like an overpriced cult that you can't seem to get out of, and once you do you can't even remember why you went there in the first place.

When she took control of the school she brought along a teacher named Mrs. Pinner. We all hated her. She has a way of teaching that just shows she doesn't know what she is talking about. Once I had to tell her how to do an assignment. I found this absolutely outrageous. I also found that the way they would discipline was not the standard. Students can expect to get in trouble for being too loud on the stairs when really we are just talking. Students can expect to get locked out of a classroom even if your previous teacher let you out late. These two things can be excused as they aren't on a regular basis however the new management is awful. In conclusion Dr. Hedrick and Mrs. Pinner have got to go.

You WILL have fun and burn lots of calories. This location is so huge that I haven't visited all the floors yet. I've just been on the 1st-3rd floors. My only complaint is the parking situation. It is downtown, so finding parking can be horrendous unless you pay an extra $10 mo to park in their garage. I had to park very far away to take the 6 pm bellydance class on Monday and I didn't feel safe walking alone to my car. So, I may have to pay that fee just to be closer to the building. Other than that, I haven't experienced any negatives.

my 4 year old was disenrolled due to her conflict with me as as parent…read more inappropriate incidents include Lisa stating to me "you look just like the child's biological mom, dad must have a type" , which is completely nonprofessional, and not a child care director's place to say. So the outcome to my 4 year old's experience, was a expulsion not even after 2 weeks of service. The school also called and notified me of my 4 year old getting sick before this, and needed to be picked up asap. Upon my arrival, I found my 4 year old alone in his classroom, lights off, no supervision whatsoever, no toys, just sitting there in solitude, without any other supervisors in sight in the hallway or elsewhere. He was sitting in a cot, staring at the doorway I just walked into, wondering how long he was going to be in the dark alone, on a cheap cot on the floor, that they charge a ridiculous rate for to "rent". I picked him up, left the room, left the premises. His classroom teacher that should've been in there with him, just proved that due to their lack of supervision and negligence, that absolutely anybody can walk in the door, down the hallways of other classrooms, grab your child, and leave the center, without ever being seen or stopped. What a warm and fuzzy feeling.
