I informed my attorney before mediation that my ex-husband might file for bankruptcy. During mediation, when that possibility was raised, I felt pressured to agree to the divorce without pursuing additional financial claims. I felt my interests were not fully represented. At the end of the case, I did not receive some of the outcomes I had expected and left with a significant financial burden.
