This company makes all kinds of promises when getting you to sign up for representation. In my last 5 years with them I have to beg for information or a phone call. I've only talked to a lawyer less than 6 times in all these years. It takes months for a reply if you ever get one. They avoid answering questions and always have an excuse. They provided little to no communication as to the status of my case, withheld important information about my case and were impossible to reach, never returning calls or emails in a timely manner. When I complained that it had been over three weeks waiting for a return email the case manager informed me that they actually had 30 days to respond. Russell, Ben & the entire Team Ghitterman has worked tirelessly, advocated for me and emotionally proped me up when I needed it and believe me there where a couple of years I really needed it. When I thought there was no hope they never gave up, never. I read those 1 & 2 star reviews and I'm thinking "you realize they are busy, right?" I guess I'm not a person that needs hand holding or a lot of personal attention. I answer when they call, go to the appointments, answer all questions truthfully. don't give up and have faith. Hell, yesterday I received a call that I'm looking at a substantial settlement, along with monthly lifetime payment from a fund I'd never heard of. They have done nothing but cause delays in my WC case. I am not allowed to call my insurance adjuster because of have a lawyer, but guess what, they won't call my adjuster either. I have been in pain for almost two years because of an accident I had at Amazon and they are not helping at all. it takes two weeks to get any sort of response out of them and their service is terrible.
