My experience with Tanya, Anton and Russell was very poor. They provided little to no communication as to the status of my case, withheld important information about my case and were impossible to reach, never returning calls or emails in a timely manner. When I complained that it had been over three weeks waiting for a return email the case manager informed me that they actually had 30 days to respond. Russell, Ben & the entire Team Ghitterman has worked tirelessly, advocated for me and emotionally proped me up when I needed it and believe me there where a couple of years I really needed it. They have done nothing but cause delays in my WC case. I am not allowed to call my insurance adjuster because of have a lawyer, but guess what, they won't call my adjuster either.
