But you get what you pay for, right? And I am one of those who is very organized so I told them ahead of time I had to have tables rented at a certain time due to us having to put tablecloths on them, clips, centerpieces, one table was going to be used for a huge Willy Wonka party. I paid 50% and they agreed to an 8 am drop off time. I confirmed a week before the party and let them know the party time had moved an hour earlier and they again confirmed the 8 am drop off time. Then two days before the party, I was told the rental company they outsourced wasn't coming until closer to 8:30 am. I panicked and told them we had to have everything arrive no later than that due to 17 tables having to be set up, etc. They ensured me they would and that the rental company was only 15 min's from our house. Day of the party their company came on time and put together a beautiful balloon arch and did candy striped on the outside of our house. So Party Events did their job and like I have told them, I would use them for THEIR stuff they did. However, I wouldn't use them for outsourcing ANYTHING. By 8:50 am, they rental company they outsourced and I was paying a good amount of money for hadn't arrived. I had to walk to the van the event manager was in and ask what was going on. Only then did she call and got a hold of no one. Finally at 9 am Ginger from Party Events told me they were on their way. They got there at 9:15 am, well past the 8 am time I signed on the contact for and then just stood there for over 10 minutes doing nothing. My husband had to actually go in and take tables out of the van to get the ball moving. I had been calling and having my sister bring tables she had from her house in case they didn't show! they didn't even get done until 10 am and the party started at 11 am. So how am I suppose to put together 17 tables including one that's having over a dozen candy jars, a chocolate fountain, a chocolate river and forest, etc in an hour before guests and my son arrive? My son was suppose to be there at 10:45 am to be surprised (surprise party) and I had to call and have him come later. Guests were arriving and I hadn't even gotten dressed yet because I was running around trying to get the tables ready. They only discounted me $99 for the delivery fee and made me still pay the full amount with no compassion as to how they could allow another company be so late and not comply with the agreed upon arrival time? And after my last email and after I paid them asking them how they can make me pay the full amount remaining with only 45 min's to do it all they never responded. So I would recommend using them for your events, but not letting them outsource anyone and also not using the rental company in Clermont. It ruined my experience, my day and the party.

International Heli-Tours offered a customized flight, a comfy waiting area and a very smooth process. I visited with my grandfather, who sometimes needs extra time or assistance. The crew at International Heli-Tours never rushed us, and gave him extra assistance for getting in and out. We had wonderful views of the Universal Epic Universal construction site and Orlando area. And, the price was about $15 less than I found at competitors. Very, very happy with our visit, and we plan to come back again soon.

My fiance surprised me with this tour on our most recent trip to WDW, as I live, breathe, and sleep animals, and animal trivia. I was really excited when I found out what he surprised me with. I really wanted to enjoy this tour much more than I did. As I mentioned previously, the tour wasn't bad. My fiance actually would have rated this four or five stars, as he does not work in the zoo industry. Our tour guide cast member was really passionate about his job, and had that Disney customer service attitude. Some of the trivia about the park I found really cool, such as DAK is larger than all the other three parks combined! The zoo keeping, veterinary, and commissary staff were all very polite and tried their best to answer guest questions. Now to mention the not-so-great. The tour was hurried, and I felt as if our tour group were a bunch of cattle being herded around. We were driven from point A to point B in a van, which wasn't bad, but fitting 20 people in two vans, it got to be a tight squeeze. Of course everything was behind the scenes, so no pictures were allowed. This I can understand, but what I didn't understand was how the backstage area was devoid of cast members, tractors, and animals. I've worked at two aquariums, and two zoos in my career, and all of the behind the scenes employee areas are hustle and bustle, but there was NOTHING going on here. It was a ghost town, and looked to be a facade, not an actual working zoo. There were buildings that housed quarantined animals that are mislabeled on purpose so just in case a guest may see in "on stage". It is like Disney wants to hide that they have sick animals. Sick animals are part of the job and care for them should be explained, not hidden. Plus any animal coming from another facility gets quarantined, even if the animal is in perfect health. The vet center tour was average. everything I had seen before. The head vet was the highlight, and I got talking to her and MY TOUR LEFT MY FIANCE AND I and another couple with no notice. The head vet had to take time out of her schedule to help us find our group. The elephant house was very clean, but was a huge disappointment. It looked like every other night barn I have ever seen, and there were NO ELEPHANTS in it or even the smell of elephants. The giraffe house was neat, but again nothing I hadn't seen before. There were actually giraffes in the house, so this made this part of the tour more interesting, but were were not allowed to get closer than six feet from the giraffes. Most facilities let you interact with their giraffes. And I've read other reviews about this tour that let guests interact with their rhinos. We had no animal contact on our tour. We were told we'd get refreshments, but all we got were a bag of chips and a bottle of water. We got a souvenir cup, but it looked like you could have bought it at Walmart. The safari was the same safari all regular guests go on. I was disappointed. If you are not in the zoo industry and are a Disney lover, maybe you will enjoy this tour, but there are much better ones out there. Honestly for the price, this tour is not worth it, especially if you are in the industry. If you've been in a night barn, commissary, and vet's office, you've seen this all before. Go to the viewing window of the vet center, you will see everything you see in there on this tour. I enjoy DAK, but I will pass on this tour next time.

I reached out just two weeks before the event, and they were incredibly accommodating from the very beginning. Amy even let me know they were running a special at the time and made sure it was applied to my booking -- which I truly appreciated. Since I'm located in Jacksonville, she took the time to send me a detailed video of the venue so I could see the space beforehand. That gave me so much peace of mind. On the day of the event, she proactively reached out to let me know she was having some issues with her phone but wanted to make sure I had an alternate number to contact her just in case. That level of communication meant a lot. We did have a small issue opening the lockbox to retrieve the keys, but when we called, she answered right away and calmly walked us through accessing the backup key. Problem solved quickly! Most importantly, the space looked exactly like the video -- clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our celebration. Everything went smoothly, and my son had an amazing surprise birthday. I would absolutely book again and highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful space with excellent customer service!
