Parking is shared with Islands of Adventure and a ton of other nearby attractions (side thought: you definitely have the perfect excuse to eat at any of the restaurants within before the show so try that for a combo moment on date night), so on a busy night you'll be navigating traffic, security checks, wandering crowds, and then the concert check-in before you even get to your seat. It's worth it, though. If you can, grab a seat right in the center facing the stage. The sound and sightlines there are perfect. There is ample parking. The meeting spaces are clean and well maintained. The A/V equipment worked well and there were ample power plugs. The wifi was good but unsecured. Bathrooms were plenty and constantly cleaned. The food was really a cut above. Breakfast had fresh fruit, hot items and bakery/ cereal items. The coffee and tea flowed freely. Lunches seemed to have had nutritionist input and careful thought to include heathy fresh veggies, vegetarian options, and gluten free options, with labels on each dish, and staff available for questions. Desserts were lovely and snacks at breaks were interesting and varied (see churro comment above).
