There was an exhaust fan on top of the 2 story garage and i had planned to have him put in a replacement. However, he called me to say that the fan really did not serve any purpose. He said he was putting ridge vents in the roof that would provide ventilation. So i didn't need to buy the fan. That was a real relief to me. He was prompt in communicating with me.
