During that phone call, we specifically discussed the date and time, and I was told the shop would be open and that I could come in then. When I arrived at 3:00 PM, the doors were locked and the business was closed. I called and was told that he had "just closed." This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially after confirming the appointment in advance. I would not recommend based on this experience.
