The back and forth over the camper was ridiculous all for them to sell the first one out from under us. The salesperson we were with was rude and pushy and made me very uncomfortable. Then when we got there they charged us over $200 in service fees for the guy to adjust my fifth wheel hitch, which took less than 2 minutes. They also scheduled us for a walk through at a day and time I very specifically said we were not available just because they wanted to get the unit sold for their monthly numbers. And to top it all off, the appliances don't work and stuff keeps breaking off the walls on a brand new unit. Edited to add: this is the location on Culver St in Palm Bay. My 5th wheel RV was dropped off there this morning (March 23, 2026) for repairs. No idea why the GM is claiming they don't know anything about me and claiming my post should be removed. The experience I had with this place has completely ruined my 25th wedding anniversary. I purchased a camper in June to celebrate this milestone in October. I only used it briefly in June before taking it to their subpar service department, where it has been ever since. I received it back three weeks ago, and the repairs were shockingly poor--like they were done by an 11-year-old. To make matters worse, they charged me for equipment I paid for but was never installed. They claimed they had replaced it, but the old one was still in use. This feels like theft. I plan to protest outside their store until I get my camper back. If you see me there, please stop by for a chat--I can almost guarantee you won't want to buy a camper from them after hearing my story. If I could give this place a negative star review, I would. We were here from out of town and our AC went out. We had a mobile tech that was giving us the runaround so we went to Giant Recreation World to see if we could get our AC fixed. Konnor in service let us bring it in the same day. He promptly worked with our warranty company to get our claim approved. He recommended the Furrion AC over our Coleman which is much quieter wow so glad we did awesome A/C. My wife saw two recliner chairs and Courtney in parts explained how much they were discounted. Wow what a deal! We asked Konnor what would cost to install very inexpensive at $204. He also said they could install them while they were working on the A/C. Courtney quickly measured and was awesome assisting with what we needed a power cord. The RV tech was awesome I believe his name was Cory he also fixed our entry door lock that was a problem. My wife and I recently bought a camper from Giant Recreation World, Palm Bay, with a list price of $45,000. Due to their, what I feel is unfair, manipulative sales and finance practices it ended up costing us over $60,000. Even with $10,000 down it will still cost us $102,813 over the course of the loan. The following are the two primary reasons I feel we were manipulated in buying from them. -They have a selling point about their "free lifetime warranty." It's very limited and will end up costing $450 annually for an inspection. We then had to paid over $3,000 for a five-year bumper to bumper warranty. -Their finance department called me and talked me into a special coating for the outside and a special tire additive to prevent a blow-out. She, verbatim, stated it would only be $5 extra a month. What she didn't tell me, was she increasing the loan from 120 months to 140 months to get that price. I did not agree to this and would not have done the treatments had I known. read more

When I tell you the service is the absolute worst you could get out of a service department. From the techs to the advisors no one is on the same page. We have had nothing but issues with the service department from the first initial inspection from buying the rig. Every time the rig goes into get fixed they can never seem to fix the issue. They will never call and update you, you have to hound them and physically walk into the service department and find out answers. They always tell you they will call you back but never will. We had generator issues from when we bought it, it's been 6 months and has been in multiple times to get serviced charged me a crazy amount of money for an oil change, and didn't even change the oil. The generator wasn't running properly they didn't even bother to change the air filter or even bother to look at it wile doing the oil change. I hired and paid another tech in a different state wile on the road to look at the generator because he kept shutting off on me (mind you I use this for work and rely mainly on the generator to keep the air conditioning going for about 9 to 10 dogs) Told me what the issue was on the generator fixed it enough to stay running wile on the road to get home. I physically showed the tech what the issue was, the tech for the life of him couldn't figure it out. They have had the rig for over a week, we had a pick up day that needed to be picked up they waited till the last day to pick up the rig they order parts. Of course parts will come after we need to pick up the rig and go on the road. I have had to hound and hound them to get answers. They had over a week to work on this and waited till the last minute. That had affected my way of making a living. I understand things happen but this is absolutely unacceptable I have been extremely patient but now this is cutting into my work and how I take care of my family. The absolute worst service department to deal with. Zero issues buying of course but I recommend going elsewhere where to get you're rig worked on you will be banging you're head against the wall dealing with them. read more

Deceptive and Incompetent Service at Giant Recreation World - Palm Bay I deeply regret purchasing a Tiffin coach from Giant Recreation World - Palm Bay. The sales team misled me from the start, telling me the previous buyer backed out because he lost his job. In reality, the buyer had an inspection done, which revealed multiple serious issues with the coach--problems significant enough for them to walk away from the deal. Giant Recreation World withheld this crucial information from me, and now my brand-new coach has been stuck at their facility for over four months due to these known issues. Even worse, after all this time, they were still unable to complete the necessary repairs sufficiently. I am now forced to transport my coach to Tiffin in Alabama to get the work done properly. Their lack of transparency, honesty, and competency is shocking. If you're considering doing business here, think twice. We went and picked out our RV and went over our trade-in with a fine tooth comb with our salesman, Mitch who seemed very nice. He told to come back the next week to sign all the paperwork after we had put a $1000 deposit and we told them we would be bringing our trade-in and picking up the new one that day. we came in the next week Brought our trade in and the Grim Reaper Ryan or Brian whatever his name was came out with a horse's ass attitude and asked how we were doing today and we said fine. He said well unfortunately you're not gonna feel the same way when I get finished and told us that our trade-in was labeled as a nine, according to what the salesman had on his paper and when he looked at it, he told us it was basically trash and it was only a three they had originally told us they would give us 20,000 for it And he said well it's only worth 3000 but I'll be nice and give you 10k and I said no, he said well that's fine. He said that's fine, you don't have to get it and he left us with the attitude that he did not care whether we purchased it or not Andhad not already cleaned everything out of our original RV and brought it down there we would've walked, but that's probably what he was banking on because he's an ass so we went ahead with it. This is the forth RV that we have purchased, but only the first from this disgusting company. AND IT WILL BE THE LAST. I can only hope that my honest bad review might help someone because there's plenty more of them, and if you read the Better Business Bureau there's no good ones. This company is trash. read more

The service department is beyond terrible. Not only do they lack the parts necessary to complete repairs, they lack the necessary communications skills needed to deal with customers. We purchased a brand new RV from them and brought it in for repairs in September 2023 under warranty. To date, they have not completed the work. The owner is full of fake promises and I would advise looking elsewhere when purchasing an RV. We purchased a 2022 thor last March. Within a few short months the windshield was leaking. Called GRW. They looked at it said they fixed it (Unfortunatly it had to rain for us to realize it was leaking) we make a few additional repair visits to GRW then they tell us it isn't covered and we'll have to take it somewhere else. $1800 later the window was revealed. In addition we will need to Pau GRW $400 to repair the rotted wood. The owner Larry responded to my review saying they would help us out once the window was repair. We sent him the repair bill and now he is back pedaling. I changed my review to a one star and now he has left my family business a 1 star review in retaliation. As a coward he left the review under the name BM I am guessing "Boss Man" who has left all of his reviews in windermere /Orlando. I will never set foot in Giant Recreation World again. We bought two class A motorhomes from Giant Recreation. The first one the sales woman started to complain that we were wasting her time trying to decide on a motorhome. After we purchased our motorhome she stop answering our calls. Same thing happened one year later when we traded our motorhome in and bought a second motorhome. He didn't stop returning our calls until two days after the sale. There was a dent in the refrigerator door when we purchased the second motorhome and came with a promise to replace the door. After we bought our motorhome back for warranty, they replaced the fridge door and other warranty items. When we went to check on the status, We found food containers in our motorhome. The tech had been using our motorhome as a break area. The tech also did repairs the looked worse then the wood on the cabinets he replaced. And, worst of all, Ben the service writer, told us that you can't get a replacement fridge door without dents in it. The new door has more dents then the original. We finally ended up taking our motorhome to the factory repair shop. Can't say enough good things about Nate and Mike at the Coachman factory repair facility. My advice, AVOID GIANT RECREATION WORLD AY ALL COST. read more

My wife sent you a PDF of the damage that we discovered in our new camper over six months ago.  We're scratching our heads trying to figure out how you can justify taking money, and never getting our product to us. We have made loan payments, and insurance on a camper that is still in Palm Bay since last July. I wonder what judge or jury would find this acceptable. Think about that for a minute. A damaged camper shouldn't need warranty work should it? You sold my wife a damaged camper, and we still haven't resolved this.  My wife calls to get updates and gets nothing in return. It has been suggested that this was fraudulent misrepresentation of this camper and a crime. My wife purchased a camper in good faith that it would be new and free of damage. This is not the case. If you haven't already, you will be getting a subpoena for the repairs that have been done if any. You are leaving me no choice other than to take legal action against you, and see if a criminal complaint is in order with the State Attorney's Office. I will also file a complaint with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation,  Better Business Bureau, and anywhere else I see fit. What a nice buying experience turned out to be another story with everyone telling you whatever it takes to make the sale. Follow up on problems after the sale: Had the walk through at delivery and multiple items were not demonstrated and several items we obviously not working. I was not concerned since the RV was supposedly under warranty for 30 days. Now as soon as I go back to receive "warranty" work on the DVD player ( which was not demonstrated as working) I am informed that it is not covered since I did buy the extended warranty...Really! So much for you telling me everything was tested and ready to go. My advice would be to be sure you check everything and do not believe anything they tell you. I'm pretty sure if I would've bought the extended warranty like everybody tries to push on you whatever I wanted to have done would've been excluded anyway by the fine print. Beware!!! read more

Bought a used 2017 Tiffin Allegro Breeze 32br from Giant RV World. We had the RV Inspection done and there were a few issues that came up which they did fix with warranty we purchased. I am not sure why a professional RV dealer doesn't do a thorough check on the full rig. Wires to hot water heater cut and some one tried to rig it. The air leveling system was being repaired by the dealer, but wasn't complete when we picked it up. The clincher was 20 quarts of oil in a 10 quart engine. We were lucky the seals lasted all the way back to AZ. But after oil change, still leaking. Not covered under warranty! Found our someone jerry-rigged a alligator wire to heat block causing a leak in radiator fluid. I sent a copy of receipt hoping I'd get a response. But nope. So buyer beware. I bought my new Tiffin Red from them last August. They were supposed to install covers over the 3 vents and a rock guard on the back. I also was told they would install the slide cover that was missed in the factory and fix some other items needed dome. it is now 7 months later and I am still getting lots of excuses as to why they can't get my RV in to do these items. I will have to take the RV to red bay for the slide topper and some other minor items that Giant rec was going to do. I'm assuming I will not get the other items owed me by Giant Rec. Get everything done prior to paying for and taking delivery of an RV from them or you may not get them taken care of. They talk a great game to sell you an RV and then your on your own. So we came to the Palm Bay location from Port St. Lucie because I read great reviews about a Chris smith who was low pressure. He wasn't working today. First bad sign was I asked and mentioned multiple times how and if U-shaped dinette converted to a bed so we could actually see it. The salesman didn't even budge to show us and just said they all do. After looking at campers I'm told the manager won't deal any price talk or add on talk except their listed "sale" price unless we were going to buy today, because that'd be working backwards for them. Um, no. I didn't buy my last camper or my boat or my vehicles or my house by moving to buy BEFORE working a deal. This apparently is just another typical sales experience. Sorry we don't NEED a camper. We WANT one. Did you agree to purchase the property your dealership is on, your dealership/licensing agreements, your own vehicles and other items BEFORE working a deal? NO. The salesman just said all dealers do the same thing so if I went to the competitor that's what I'd get, and let me go on my way without even discussing it further. I guess I expected too much. Arrogant sales tactics now during the RV covid boom will hurt you in the long run. I don't NEED a camper, I want one. And I also want to upgrade as I near retirement but that business will go elsewhere and so will my sister in law who was with us and is interested in replacing her camper. Disappointing. read more

Went in looking around 100-150k for a motorhome, I informed the sales person I won't be buying today but I want to see how big of one I need to live in and do a shorter loan 10-15 years, his attitude changed and he said fallow me to my office, before we sat down he asked me the highest I have financed one purchase for. I told him confused and he said without having previous major loans or house purchase I won't get financed. I never said I planned on financing, I never said if I was or wasn't gonna put money down he just assumed because I'm young which is fine because if that is how I get treated while looking how will I get treated when I need service or have issues. Camping world however took great care of me and they didn't pre-judge me or my income or my credit. I pick up my motorhome Monday and wow no loan needed, crazy! DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! I bought a brand new motor home in March of 2022. It had issues from day one. Which all could have been fixed except that after you buy it, you get absolutely no service. My unit has sat on their lot 91/2 months out of the 12 months that I have owned it, with nothing being done. In fact the service department actually made things worse by drilling 2 screw holes right through the exterior body of my coach!! They let caulk dry in my dinette cushion and then tore a hole in the leather while trying to clean it up. They have not addressed any issues in 12 months. I have now filed a claim with the manufacturer about the lack of service at this Palm Bay location. Another thing, if you purchase any additional warranty services, such as ECO or RV Warranty Forever, make sure you watch them do it. Otherwise they'll charge you for it and never really do the work. I paid $569 3 weeks ago to have the warranty work done and 3 days after picking up the unit the generator wouldn't start again and there was a propane problem. Both of which was supposed to have been checked per warranty checklist. They've had 4 different service managers in the last 12 months. None of which have been any help. I can't even say enough bad things about this place. Don't trust them or believe a word they say!!!!!! They don't deserve the 1 star. read more

My fiancee and myself were recently searching for a new rv and thought we found the one, at the right price and dealership. We couldn't have been more wrong. We are located a few hrs away from the palm bay location and dealership. So I worked out all details prior to driving over with our sales person, Sean. I asked him repeatedly to ensure the rv was in good/as close to new condition as possible. He guaranteed me that it was, even sent pictures. Albeit blurry and unfocused, I took his word for it. Further upon working out our deal over the phone, with our funds coming from out of state, we were constantly harassed and lied to about agreements made via Sean(sales person) by the finance manager Elizabeth. Elizabeth made the process a nightmare as soon as she received our down payment. Refusing agreed upon terms, and times for delivery. She also attempted to create problems for our investor after he informed her that we were responsible for the decisions. We of course wanted to back out at this point, but she threatened to keep our down payment and started to seek out other parties separately to threaten this behind each of our backs. We finally made the drive over begrudgingly. And to our surprise, after numerous guarantees, the rv was a mess, and not new, un-kept to say the least. Missing parts, wrong model appliances, missing tv, peeling, cracking and utterly worn conditions throughout. Our salesperson was now attempting to rush the deal and started getting hostile with my fiancé and myself. We were nothing but polite and professional to him. When I told him we needed to see other models based on the condition of the one viewed, he said he wouldn't be showing us anything else. He told us to wait when we got back, after driving the cart wrecklessly, but my fiancé was scared, upset and crying at this point. So we left and called another location in Ormond. They for the most part took care of things and sold us a decent and newer model. Afterall we purchased brand new, 2023. They also informed us that the inspection that was standard to have done before delivery wasn't even done(per the paperwork they were given (by palm Bay). Utterly despicable behavior and negligence as a whole that employees like that are not held accountable in operating a business in such a manner. Lastly, the Ormond beach location had its issues as well. Albeit no where near as bad as dealing with the lies and bullying from Elizabeth and Sean(palm bay location). Ormond location had a cheaper TV switched out of our unit, not the TV that comes standard. They also told us that all the kinks in our awning were normal, and after less than two weeks the kinks are getting worse, prohibitive for the awning operations in closing properly. We asked them to fix this repeatedly and they ensured us this was normal. And now the awning continues to deteriorate in operations. We also had to inspect the roof and noticed sizeable cracks and gaps in the roof coating, inhibiting moisture. They said they would fix this but didn't adress the issue by properly remedying. They didn't dry it out and seal. They simply over applied melting caulck of some sort, as it dripped over the edge and into our drain trays preventing proper drainage. More dishonest and negligent business tactics that seem synonymous with this company. Please dont make the same mistake we did by choosing Giant Recreation World for your rv purchase. My experience at Great Recreation World in Palm Bay Purchased a Toy Hauler. Saturday, June 4th 2022 Was able to leave with it July 14th, 2022 - 6 weeks later, $ in gas charges, work day we had to take for THEIR CONVENIENCE and road trip we had to cancel as we did not have the camper yet... FOUR INCIDENTS later that happened at the Dealership site... 1 - Awning frame broken because an employee moved another camper and hit our so broke the Awning 2 - Electrical connection was broken - the employee driving the forth lift jack knifed it. 3 - When trying to repair the electrical connection, they forgot to unplug the batteries so they fried the tail lights. They had to replace the lights - also the breaker of the fridge fried as well 4 - Rep suggested a tire protection - while installing this protection, they totally unbalanced the tires. While driving back home, the toy hauler was shaking so much that we had to bring it back as it was a safety issue. They had to replace the 4 four tires and rims and redo the protection. As we totally were not satisfied and wanted to express out disappointment, Monday, August 15th, 2022, we wrote an email to: Larry McNamara, President and CEO of Giant Recreation World. Excellent customer service until you give them your money. The service department doesn't answer the phone or return phone calls. I still have not received the solar panel that I ordered with my Pop-up. The panel is fully paid for and I have my rig but no panel 5 months after taking possession of my pop up. When we tried to reschedule a service appointment due to a conflict we started calling a month before the appointment and left multiple messages weekly with no return phone calls. Don't spend your money here and if you have problems with your travel trailer and need service spend the money and go somewhere that will get you in and take care of your problem in a timely manner. read more

The family is thinking about renting an RV for some travel this summer, so we stopped in one Saturday and checked out some options available. WOW!! There are some amazing RVs out there, and this place had some excellent examples of how to travel in style and luxury. We spent over an hour climbing in and out of a huge variety of RVs and travel trailers fantasizing about being on an eternal vacation in our home with mobility. The sales man was very kind and patient with us, showed us the options we had for renting while we continued to run though each and every option they had on the sales floor and out in the yard. It is amazing what they can do with an RV these days, full kitchens with full-sized appliances, washers and dryers, even fireplaces!! Who knew? One day, I keep telling myself, one day! read more

We have a signed contract with this dealer for purchase of an RV and they sold our RV out from under us. They continue to lie about reimbursement for our expenses; this happened about a month ago and still nothing. I was told I would get a check in the mail on the Monday after this happened. I have called several times and JD keeps telling me that he's putting the check in the mail. I've sent all receipts showing our airline and fuel expenses. I would never have purchased plane tickets if we didn't have a signed contract with them. It's not my fault I live in california and had to fly to Florida and there were "buyers standing in front of them that were going to buy right then". I went through a lot to make all of this happen; much more than someone already in Florida standing there. But I guess they were willing to pay more so.... We were on our way to the airport when JD decided to call and tell us he sold it. He told us he sold it for more (even though he denies it-another lie) He told me that the salesman told him we said we didn't want it...which I NEVER stated. Why would we be on the way to the airport if I said I didn't want it? I sent an email to the owner and manager (JD) detailing the entire transaction because he told me to send this. So I spent more time on this and still no reimbursement for any of my expenses that I have to pay the bill for and never stepped on the plane. I didn't want to have to buy a return ticket so back home we went. We were planning on driving the RV back. The owner never bothered to respond or follow up. They are a dealer you will want to beware of. Look at their BBB reviews. Numerous customers have had underhanded deals with them. I never write reviews but I feel everyone should know about them before purchasing anything. If they respond to this post saying they sent the check...they're lying. Now I have to spend more time getting a lawyer for breach of contract, because JD says he doesn't have to reimburse me for anything. That's how far their common decency runs read more

BUYER BEWARE!! Terrible customer service and poor workmanship. We dropped off our RV August 5th for it's annual inspect and as of this review(October 17th) we STILL do not have it back! We were very understanding that they're understaffed and when we dropped it off we were told 4 weeks. When they called to say it was done the end of September we went to pick it up the repair was done poorly. We left it there...our calls go unanswered and/or it takes over a week to get a BS response. I emailed the CEO and this was his response almost 2 weeks after I sent the email: "I am sorry for the lateness of this reply but I have been out of town and I am still catching up. While investigating your work order history, I didn't see any work orders that were pending, etc. I like you also get frustrated in the lead times it has taken to get parts, etc. during the Covid era and the supply chain failures. This is the main reason we are so behind, I believe if a customer calls for an appointment we are over 2 months out. Customers also seem to make appointments for specific items but when they show up they add several more to the list. Most of the time we have to order repair parts, etc. that take way too long to get from our vendors. We are however slowly catching up and hopefully in the time it took for me to acknowledge your email you have picked up your unit and are out there camping. The items that were being repaired seemed not serious enough to inhibit the use and enjoyment of the RV so you would have been able to pick it up and use it in the interim. I however don't handle the day to day operations of any department at any location so I have included both Will, our service manager there in Palm Bay as well as Joe, our Corporate Service Director. I bought three shower items for my motor home from the parts department here. Upon purchase, I asked if the items were returnable if they did not fit. I was told yes as long as water was not run through them. I installed the shower head and hose. The shower head was sub par and did not perform as described on the packaging and the shut off valve did not fully shut off. I went back to the parts department to return the faulty items. The rude parts guy immediately told me that I could not return them because water had been run through them. I informed him that is exactly why I was returning the items, because when I ran water through them, I found them to be faulty. This Jerk grudgingly started the return process and went out of his way to inspect the returned parts and then accused me of trying to return a USED hose. I pointed out the the hose he was accusing me of trying to pull as fast one on, came out of the very package that I bought from them. IDIOT! Again, he grudgingly proceeded to return the parts and charged back to my credit card the returned items. Later, while looking at the charge back on my card, I noticed that this idiot purposely charged back the card but at a discount. He charged back less that what I paid and said nothing to me. MORON!
