The front of my truck - bumper, grill, head lights, hood - were heavily damage on Sunday morning. First thing Monday morning I drove to Palm Bay Collision Repair, where I met Mike the owner. I told Mike what had happened. He looked over the damage and said he could replace the damaged bumper, grill and other parts; while salvaging the undamaged parts. Mike gave me a fair estimate and said my truck will be ready by Friday of this week. While waiting for estimate paper work to print, I had a cup of coffee and chatted with the friendly office staff. When I left I felt very much as ease. That Friday afternoon Mike called to say the truck is ready to go and sent an employee to pick me up. I received excellent help from Palm Bay Collision, and notably from Michael who helped me from beginning to end. Everyone I talked to was exceptionally helpful and polite, and kept in good communication over the phone. I went in to get an estimate for the repair of my car which was in an accident, and the owner walked me through the process to get by rebuilt: salvageable title to being road legal again. Ultimately there wasn't a cost effective way to repair the vehicle, but we were able to find another solution. I was able to purchase a vehicle that had been previously traded in to them, and I got an honest deal. I live in Orlando but was visiting family members here in Palm Bay when I was side swiped near Publix. After the police report was written up, I called USAA for recommendations to have the car fixed while I was still in Palm Bay another week. Palm Bay Collision and Repair worked with my insurance company, and both times along with my insurance company they even arranged for a rental during the duration of the repairs.
