It didn't state if they were seamless or what type. A reply to my email stated that they were not seamless and that would be $4-5 more a foot. We were ok with that. He came out and actually measured and added another 5ft. And another downspout. We were ok with that. A few hours later he texted to apologize for wasting our time because his associate partner told him he under quoted us because sheet metal had gone up and the distance they would have to come. Cary stated they had a pending job in our area so we were confused. We understand inflation but not be quoted $1185 more than the top of the range he gave us in the beginning. This is not good business. Also we questioned placement of down spouts in the front of the house. So yes they wasted our time. So beware!
