It didn't state if they were seamless or what type. A reply to my email stated that they were not seamless and that would be $4-5 more a foot. We were ok with that. He came out and actually measured and added another 5ft. And another downspout. We were ok with that. A few hours later he texted to apologize for wasting our time because his associate partner told him he under quoted us because sheet metal had gone up and the distance they would have to come. Cary stated they had a pending job in our area so we were confused. We understand inflation but not be quoted $1185 more than the top of the range he gave us in the beginning. This is not good business. Also we questioned placement of down spouts in the front of the house. So yes they wasted our time. So beware!

They totally denied and stated I should file a complaint with Board of Contractors, which has been done. I have never reviewed anyone unless it was an excellent review. For this one, I feel a responsibility to do so. He should not be licensed in the state of MS for business. I am in Real Estate business and would hate for another person to go through and still paying for irresponsibility of this business.

Because drip edge was not removed the fascia and 1x2 drip edge is now showing age in just one year. Also, against the fascia, there's a few places that were installed with a buckle which allows even more rain to go between gutter and fascia. There's one side that the fall wasn't correct so holds water and another spot that an end cap wasn't installed into a valley. When water hits this, it splattered on to effect and fascia which will eventually cause water damage also. I called him and he responded that he would come out but was argumentative that it was the roofers fault for not extending the shingles out far enough.
