Tyler... not so much. Very polite when you could get a hold of him but that was very far and few between. I had a scheduled appointment a month in advance... no show. After many calls to Tyler I finally received a call after leaving a text message followed after a few voicemails, I was assured the driver would be there 2 days after original scheduled date.... Again no show. I reached out to Rebecca, she was very apologetic and offered a free pump for scheduled appointments that was a no show, well 3rd time wasn't the charm... again no show. The communication between Tyler, his driver and what is actually important in running a successful customer satisfied business is well down the pooper... fitting right? Except don't expect your time, efforts or calls to actually be processed or pumped out, you'll be waiting. Thanks again to Rebecca for her communications, hopefully the rest of your company follows suit soon. As a business owner myself this was absolutely the worst communication break down, lack of organization I've ever seen, no excuse for that 3 times in a row. Save yourself time and book save on septic or any other local septic company for your septic needs. Your times worth it.

We called "Yellow Truck Septic" service when we had a serious problem with our septic tank/field…read more Jamie and his excellent team found the problem which was being caused by a disintegrating Distribution box. This is the important box that sends the fluid from the tank out into various pipes (usually three) located in the septic field under grass. Our problem was that we did not know where the Distribution box was located since the area had been cemented/tarmac over many years ago. Jamie and his crew located the box and cut through the pavement and replaced the Distribution Box and then proceeded to clean/wash out all the pipes in the field. They also thoroughly checked and cleaned all aspects of the tank outflow and the various pipes. They did excellent work and the overall cost was very reasonable considering the time and effort taken by his team over the better part of two days. I would highly recommend Yellow Truck Septic to anyone. Jamie is very thorough and explains every move that is necessary to fully solve the problem. He gets the job done.
