I noticed the water blocked up my coffee machine with fine residue. After cleaning up my machine and close examination, I think they are fine plastic debris. I called them to pick up the empties and 4 full water bottles and canceled the business with Aqua Blue Water. After many phone calls and 3 times that they failed to come, they finally picked them up in February 2025. As of today almost July 1, they still not returned my deposit plus refund 4 full water bottles. I tried to call many times asking for the final invoice which should be in negative amount, showing that the company owes me money but they can't provide it. Instead they sent me an old invoice saying that wasn't paid. It shows that the Mariah Holdings Inc. who does the bookkeeping for Aqua Blue Water is very incompetent. Avoid the headache from the accounting and poor quality water from Aqua Blue Water at all cost!
