Brilliant legal strategist with a heart of gold."…read more "I cannot recommend Jason highly enough. I came to him with a very complex situation involving bankruptcy and a difficult settlement, and I was terrified. Jason didn't just handle the paperwork; he masterminded a strategy to navigate the red tape and get the best possible outcome for my family. What sets Jason apart is that he treats you with genuine dignity and compassion. He was responsive, explained every step clearly, and fought for us as if we were his own family. If you need a lawyer who is incredibly sharp but also truly cares about his clients, hire him. He is worth every penny and more.

    - - - INITIAL REVIEW - - - Jason Cline is a professional and…read morefriendly person himself from what I can tell. However, I can't vouch for the integrity of his services. We began the bankruptcy process before finding out later that we needed to cancel due to our move - we can't be in the middle of a bankruptcy and still rent housing if living in the state I'm moving to. I requested this refund on May 7th over the phone. I was told then that I would be "charged the amount that is needed for the services given," which is currently just doing a 30 minute intake phone call and having his assistant Tina send digital paperwork, so... I didn't think it'd be much. On the 23rd, I followed up the refund request over the phone and via email, though I received an auto-response that he was out of the office, and on the 28th I received the response that he was caught up in an emergency but would get me an invoice the next day. That didn't happen. I've tried to follow up over the phone or via email since then and gotten no response. I CC'd Tina in an email today, and received an auto-response that she's left the office. I've gotten to the point where I've had enough and am requesting a charge-back from my bank. I'm sorry, Jason, but I can't afford to wait any longer - it's been a month and I have a lot going on. If you decide to go with this firm, I guess my advice to you would be to commit to it. He seems like a reliable guy so long as you're not cancelling your plans. - - - EDITED REVIEW - - - Just as I was posting this review, he sent an invoice detailing why I owe him 80% of what I gave him up front. I'll let my bank toil over that while I ponder the fact that everything I gave him was supposed to cover the entire case, not just him accepting the initial paperwork, filing it, and waiting for 10 minutes for me to show up to a meeting I missed (which I understand charging however long the session would have been for). If 3/4s of the amount I gave up front covered only the filing process, and that's the amount he said the case would "probably" be in total, I have to wonder what the end cost would have been.

I retained her back in 2015 for about a year of hearings. The best experience, expertise, and…read morereturn on investment I had while I was dealing with a custody case. Let's begin with the cost. First, lawyers are not cheap, it is an investment. I won't give numbers but Erika was very reasonable compared to the competition and the return on investment was well worth the cost. I had fired my previous firm because the other firm was more interested in fleecing than helping. Erika is genuine and really cares. Let's talk results. Okay, if you think about "winning" in a family court case, that might be the wrong outlook. The courts are there for the interests of the children, not your interests or personal vendettas. So with that said, being realistic is very important, and compromising will lead to greater results in both the wallet, kids life, and overall long term satisfaction. Brian was her paralegal at the time and he is simply amazing, super organized, professional, and just a darn good worker. He might come off with high energy, but he is just trying to help you get everything prepared. If you, as the customer, do not come prepared, don't expect magic from crap for information you might have provided. Have your stuff together and do EVERYTHING Brian tells you. You will be more successful! Overall, Erika and Brian were amazing.

They also have standardized pricing which means you know what to expect and how much you'll pay. They have been great to work with and have made the process go much smoother than expected. One of the previous attorneys I spoke to was good, but the other one was unhelpful, rude, and seemed only to be interested in himself and his bottom line. Enter Mr. Sean Thomas: he has a very easygoing demeanor and was very honest about my case and what different steps I could take. The only drawback to our call was that there was a bit of an audio delay, so we both kept on talking over each other, but we were still able to communicate well. Before I hung up the phone at the end of this free consultation, I told Mr. Thomas that I now understood why he had received high ratings on other review sites. He's very easy to talk to, knowledgeable, listens, and gives his thoughts based on the individual's needs, not his own bottom line. I knew from what other attorneys had said to me that this isn't a case in which it may be worth it for me to retain a lawyer's services (nor lucrative for attorneys either), so it was cool that he answered all my questions related to consumer rights/debt collection. I would definitely recommend Mr. Thomas to anyone and I will be calling him back since he said to feel free to give him an update (yet another sign of the high level of quality he provides)!
