I love that your ticket covers entry without any extra hassle no paying for parking or dealing with a complicated ticket system just to buy food. While driving in there were several people guiding everyone where to park. Pay attention to the section you park so you don't get lost finding your way back when you are ready to leave. After parking we walked up to the Faire entrance, someone scanned our tickets and we were in. Once we were in we walked around. We watched some live music by Amanda Kitchens Carnival Sound Band. We shopped and I bought two crowns from Medieval Metal. We watched jousting and sword fighting. We ate pizza from Dante's, fries, and a Pineapple Dole Soft Serve from Robin's Kitchen and Sweets. This lovely B&B has four private bedrooms, each sleeps two. Three bedrooms have their own private bathroom and there is one hallway bathroom. The courtyard is landscaped so lovely with a fountain. The upstairs deck (where the rooms are) is a peaceful place to sit and visit or relax. The common living room has a full size refrigerator, drinking water, microwave, and coffee maker. There was also a TV, if you are so inclined. We had brought our own "hot pot to make water for tea. Helen made us breakfast both mornings and sent us along with fresh fruit in our cooler for our picnic lunches at the workshop venue. Helen has angels throughout the B&B which are a great reflection of her service. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a beautiful and reasonably priced place to stay in the Round Top, TX area.
