TL;DR - A continental masterpiece, right here in Bury…read more How did I leave it so long before coming here? Arcade Club is an absolute gem - a massive warehouse filled with all kinds of arcade machines and an absolute paradise for anyone who loves gaming. Apparently it's the largest venue of its type in Europe! We came and bought a day ticket which gets you a wrist band for all day access. Once inside, every single game is free to play, and there's enough here to keep you occupied and entertained for a very long time indeed. The ground floor has a mixture of vintage machines, modern games, funfair games and even some VR rigs. You can then head to the first floor where there's a mixture of newer games and funfair games. Up to the second floor and you'll find a huge variety of machines with lots from Japan - dance and rhythm games, pinball machines and lots of 90s classic arcade games. Finally there's the fourth floor, packed with vintage machines like Pac Man, Asteroids, Smash TV and... well, pretty much anything you care to mention. There's a bar on site which also serves pizza in case you get peckish... and you probably will because there's so much to see and play here, you'll be here a very long time. Arcade Club is an absolute gem.

What a foul, disgusting human being you have working for you. I would highly suggest that you remove her from your employment, and think about employing a kinder, more patient person. I am aware you have licenses to protect, but at the risk of getting into trouble for one of your employers mishandling a child? We shall never return.

I didn't really think much of it at the same time i noticed him my son noticed him too. anyway he collected £25 off the mach which he had won. he then went on another machine called bullion bars as soon as he put his first £1 in he got straight on the top board or what ever you call it and won £20 .Then my hubby went outside for a smoke and me and my daughter needed to go to the ladies room.so he was left alone playing on the machine we were only gone a few minutes when we come back down we went to the machine where we left my son and he had gone.so we looked round couldn't see him anywhere then my daughter spotted him standing outside so we goes out to him and then he told us that guy who had been watching him come up to him and said after he had played the credit he had left in the machine can you leave.so my son asked him why he said he doesn't need a reason. so i went back in with my son and confronted this guy i said excuse me for what reason have you asked my son to leave the premises he said to me he didn't need a reason. So then i asked him what has he done he replied nothing, so then i asked what have you got against him he said nothing. so i asked him again so what is the reason you asked him to leave. he aid he didn't need a reason. i look hes not a druggies he's not bough drink on the premises so what is your reason for wanting him to leave. he just kept saying he didn't need a reason. at that point i said look pal you say hes done nothing you got nothing against him but you have asked him to leave your just not making any sense. so at this point my patience was getting rather thin.so i demanded a explanation as to why he asked him to leave. the cheeky devil had the nerve to accuse my son of rigging the machine he won off. so i said just you hold it right there pal hes doing nothing of the sort he was quite happy when he was putting £40 in the machine but because he won £25 back it's damn right disgraceful he was treated like he was crim or something. i told him people like him with attitudes like that need closing down and that he was nothing more that a sore loser.then we walked out. and we will never step foot in that place again.

I never…read moreeven knew this place existed until I was searching the net and then came across this place. I would strongly recommend this for age 7 - 10 though smaller ones are able to come along too, height restrictions do apply to certain parts of the adventure courses, so to avoid disappointed I would recommend you go onto their website and check first. This place is all about fun and fitness for the whole family. They have a massive high wire forest adventure course; which is set within the countryside and developed to encourage you to get moving, and trust me by the end you the adventure a good cuppa and sleep is what you'll need, though if it is for the family then keeping the kids active by getting them tired then Jungle Parc is the place to bring them. It is a very safe environment and with all the proper equipment it is very enjoyable. The X-plorer course is for anyone over 1.35m in height and the Adventurer course is for children from 4 years old and with minimum height of 1.05m. The Jungle Parc is situated in Croxteth Country Park which is only 10 minutes from the city centre.

The site is generally an incredible place for outdoor activities for those looking to burn off more than a bit of energy (adults and children alike). The premises consists of two different courses: X-Plorer course and Adventurer course (for the little ones). Each course is ideally designed with a practical element, almost like an assault course but with the fun involved. There are 40 amazing activities to enjoy as you glide through trees on rope bridges, zip lines and cargo! It definitely sounds exciting as it really is. Adults are just £20 and Juniors £15. Prices include full training and all equipment to make sure you are fully prepared and safe. Not bad at all for an adventourous day in jungle like surroundings.
