I paid immediately but she wouldn't give me a receipt even though the card was run, until I picked them up. I asked for an emailed receipt and she said I had to wait. I thought that was odd. When I arrived to pick them up they were not in any way shape or form the way I ordered them. The lady there told me that she couldn't understand how they were supposed to be. Once again, didn't think it was that hard . If they had questions, why wasn't I called ahead of time? The 36 balloons were $68.00 which I thought was very overpriced (especially when I had to put them together myself). I would have given less stars if the lady didn't help me take them to my car and apologize a few times for not getting it right.

The owner, G was so friendly and really excited about what they do there. It is a local, family owned business that specializes in all things "celebrating". The store itself smelled so good and was set up really cute. They have fresh showers and a ton of cards and customizable items. It reminded me of an Etsy shop in person.
