I stopped by this store today to get a Halloween costume. The owner and employee were both very nice and helpful. They even gave my son a free balloon! I ended up getting two costumes because I couldn't decide on just one. They were fairly priced and also had a ton of costumes on sale for super cheap! I needed to find Halloween party supplies for my son's birthday. The manager here is so joyful and friendly. She made sure I knew where she and her associate was in case I needed anything. We needed supplies for a 40th birthday party. As out of towners, we had to rely on Yelp, which pointed us here, thankfully. We showed up at 6:02pm to find the doors locked and lights off. it was the worst experience at a party supply store in my life! first of all I walked in and nobody acknowledged that I even was there. I was looking for stuff for my baby girls first birthday party. I walked around the very clutter and disorganized aisles then finally walk to the register and had to wait till the girls were done talking to EACH OTHER, then it seemed like a bother to get them to come around the counter to show me what they did have. I will never shop there again because of the lack of customer service and their beyond obvious price gouging, seriously for what they have I could go to the dollar tree and get the same quality of products. I know I can get a better price on balloons they wanted $8.00 for ONE mylar balloon and Two regular balloons, RIDICULOUS . read more
