Our son (19 months) just made the transition from the infant center. The toddler center is a whole new world with different crafts and learning activities. I am very pleased with his teachers and the schedule they keep. The building is secure with a coded lock - everyone who enters must key in the code to enter. My favorite part is the app called class dojo where they upload photos throughout the day. I knew from the start I wanted a school that gave me updates throughout the day - it literally brightens my day when they post photos and helps keep me informed how his day is going and what they are doing. I feel like this school is a real hidden gem.

My daughter loves her teachers and school. Majority of the teachers there have been with them for years. It is like a big family and amazingly every kid know each other by name. However, I think they need to update their old playground equipments and also the concrete pavement in their backyard that kids play and have snacks. It doesn't sound safe to me as my daughter has a few scrapes here and there from time to time. Lastly, I wish they don't group 3-5 years old in one class and her current class is big in my opinion. Overall, I would recommend this school if you are living in the neighborhood. We travel quite a distance for our daily commute to her school but we don't mind as long as my princess is happy.

Our preschool teachers, Ms. china and Ms. Alania create such a warm and positive classroom environment and is so attentive to the children. They encourages learning while still making school fun, and our child talks about them and the activities at home all the time. After 2.5 weeks of my 19 month old son being at BellaVision, we pulled him out and moved him to another daycare. Within those 2.5 weeks, we experienced a lack of communication with only receiving 5 pictures (of only him eating) and 1 daily report. The daily report was very generic as it said "He smiled today", "He played well with others", but nothing actually personal or important information. I spoke with the new daycare that we moved him to and they mentioned that it is a law that the diaper information, meals, and other items are mandatory to provide. Unfortunately, I received nothing. I have also reached out via chat in the app asking for a schedule of the day so that I can know what is going on and I never received a response. Something else that concerned me was that there was not anyone at the front desk when I would drop my son off in the morning around 7am. To me, that is very discouraging because it shows a lack of security and availability for me to contact anyone when I have questions and just the security of someone watching who is coming and out of the building. I understand that there is a code to get into the school rooms, but it still concerns me. Another instance that is concerning, when my son first started, I provided a full box of size 5 pampers diapers along with the other necessary items. I had him come home two days in a row with a smaller size diaper on and in a different brand. I talked with Mona,the director, and we discovered that they were not using the diapers I provided and found the full box of diapers that I provided in the bottom of the closet. I understand that there is not a teacher in that room because they were abruptly either fired or the person left the company, but I am trusting that my son is being taken care of while he is there and unfortunately I don't believe he received the best care. Another instance, one afternoon I tried calling BellaVision and received a voicemail to describe what I was calling about. It then forwarded my call to Mona's, the director, personal cell phone and her response was understanding to my concern but told me that I should try calling the school. When I told her that this is the school number I called, she was confused as to how I got her personal number. All that to say, I don't like that I am unable to get in contact with someone physically at the daycare when I have a concern. When I went to the director to tell her my concerns and wanted to know if I could speak to her manager or someone above her, she told me that the owner is out of the country and you can try and email them at the same school provided email that all communication goes out of. I emailed the director all of my concerns and have yet to hear back. That was over a week ago. It is concerning that there is no one else that I can talk with other than the school director. If they keep this behavior up, I don't see how they will stay in business. At the end of the day, I have a 19 month old son who cannot communicate what is going on in the classroom and I have to do what is best with what I am seeing. When I let Mona know that this will be my son's last week at BellaVision, she was understanding to listen to my concerns and asked me to hang in there as she will move my son to a new classroom. I wish that this would have been brought to my attention sooner and more proactive behavior, but it is too late and we are not pleased with the care and lack of communication we are receiving. I would love to talk to the owner if they would ever return any of my 3 emails. Update, I took my son to a new daycare and within the first day received multiple pictures of him being active, smiling, having fun, and daily reports as to diaper changes, activities, eating snacks, breaks, lunch, etc. The communication at the new daycare has been amazing!!!

They will not take accountability for errors, so much that when asked to document the issue in writing they refused & ran off to call the owner. They could not provide copies of incident reports & failed to document a severe physical issue. Beware...they are very loose lipped & don't respect the privacy of the students or families there. The owner is the biggest red flag of all. Sure, he answered my call but was completely unprofessional, uninformed about the schools documented policies, & aggressive. He interrupted me saying "are you done talking because I'm done listening". You're not getting an education at this place, you're just weekly revenue to them. On today 1/14/2026 I had an altercation with a teacher. Mind you prior to my son switching to this woman class I had bad vibes about her as she is a room monitor that I have never seen smile in the hallways and she seems to be in a bad mood. If you don't want to work with kids get another job. I hate that. Anyways my son is developmentally delayed. So although he is potty trained he tends to have accidents every now and again. They transitioned my child to another class I thought this was based on learning as I was never informed the child had to be fully potty trained and no accidents. I've Spoken to the teacher and she didn't mention that either, on Wednesday when I dropped off my son I even confirmed he had just used the restroom and he had on a fresh pull up/w underwear. She said okay. On Thursday my older son took him in to school, by this time my son had been in the class 3 days so far...I send my son in to take him to class and my son comes back out with him. He says the teacher says that he must be wearing underwear only, shocking because I was just there yesterday and the teacher never said that to me. I go inside and I can already feel her sense of attitude. I tell her I can bring extra pull ups or underwear in case he has an accident and this person looks at me and says who would help him change into the new underwear as we don't provide that type of assistance in this class. This is a whole daycare... even elementary schools kids have accidents. At this point I'm super irritated because of her passive aggressive attitude and basically her saying if my son would have an accident there would be no assistance in being changed. My thing is even kids at that age don't wipe or sometime was their hands wells so you don't offer assistance to these little kids. I then asked her not to single my child out by having him returned to the car and that she could have requested I come in and we could have had the conversation or called me. But of course she went snazzy and said "I didn't single your son out." but that's exactly what you did by removing him from the class. Then when I attempted to communicate do she just brushed me off like whatever and well I'm not proud but I did in fact go off. The teachers name is Ms.Niajah... also normally love Ms PaMona but I didn't like that her employee wasn't checked for lack of communication, her rude comment about who would help him if he did have an accident and her blatant passive aggressive attitude. if you can't communicate effectively there is no way you should be running a classroom and to the teacher fix your attitude or find a new place to work. I'm tired of people working in places like this just for a paycheck but really you aren't even a people person. I interviewedother daycares now because they said I did cuss and there were students around. Which I am deeply sorry for, but it's my child and when you have an attitude about my child or I see you being mean spirited against my child I'm not going to just sit there and say nothing. It's a schools job to effectively communicate and even Ms. PaMona said they dropped the ball with communication yet I'm the problem.

Now that we're considering child care this one automatically came to mind. We toured this past Saturday right after touring Katy Kids. First impression - Wow! They have several buses, covered parking, shaded playgrounds, a splash pad and it looks extremely clean and professional the moment you step inside. The lobby staff was very welcoming when we arrived for our appointment. We signed in and Idalis the Education Director came to greet us. I liked how she interacted with CJ and her level of patience while he was running all over the place. She showed us around the center and gave us a great overview of the enrollment process, schedule, weekly/ monthly activities, cafeteria, classrooms, teachers and interactive systems in place. My son REALLY loved the science/math lab. She was shocked he already knows his planets has started reading. Look, I was impressed and honestly I don't impress easily. I mean they have a full time cook/chef and full kitchen! She took her time and answered every question I had. She completely gave us the reassurance we needed. As a parent - that's pivotal. I can not over state that enough. I just want my son to be safe and thrive. Lastly, we discussed pricing. Surprisingly , it was less expensive than I thought. Although it's twice what we paid our private baby sitter weekly and more expensive than the previous option down the street I can certainly see where it goes and confidently say it appears to be worth it. Plus educators and vets get a discount so that's cool ! Once you see how they are structured you're going to want the best for you little one. I called one other option nearby on Longenbaugh but the price was $25 more a week and honestly I can't see it getting any better than Ivy Kids.

I love that the kids have ample room…read moreand activities in their main room but that the school also has a music/dance room, a science/art room, and a technology room in addition to the playground area, so the kids have plenty of opportunity to explore opposed to being in one room all day. Every time I check in on my kiddies while I'm at work on their classroom camera it gives me some relief that at least if I can't be with them their always doing fun activities and being taught in such fun ways. Even my K-5 after school kiddos teacher has story time with the kids and I love it. The teachers have amazing control of their classrooms without being rude or offensive to the children. I recall when I did the tour that it was so calm, fun and structured in "every" single classroom. I think the key is that the teachers are constantly engaging the kids throughout the day in some sort of activity. Of course, some kids want to do their own thing but from what I've witnessed on the camera they are gently invited back to the group to have fun together. The main teachers have been there for over 7 - 13 years so they are well experienced in teaching and facilitating a classroom. There also seems to be a fair amount of time for the kids to play at their leisure as well. I'm happy that all meals are included in the tuition and that they offer a variety of healthy meals and snacks. They teach Spanish and sign language too! What I love most is that at the end of each day they provide me with a daily report for my preschooler that includes actual pictures of my son doing the activities that align with the curriculum for that week. This allows me to see and save memories of him daily and it also confirms for me that the school is actually applying the curriculum they follow - a lot of daycares will initially sell you on the robust academia program they have but don't always follow through, so applauds to Cadence for the integrity in which they operate daily. Ms. Merlinda, Ms. Rose and Ms. Amanda are the most patient, caring, and loving teachers. We're so blessed and honored to have them caring for our kiddos. I've been sending my children to daycare for over 8 years and Cadence has raised the bar in the most pleasing ways. I never knew the environment my children were missing out on. I wish we had enrolled with them earlier but I'm happy to be here now and my 20 month old has a fun, nurturing, educational and engaging future ahead at the school.

My child got moved to other classrooms a lot. Her classroom only had 1 teacher so if the teacher ever had to miss they just moved all the kids over. When they did that I couldn't see her on the monitors. I think the teachers were getting kids confused because they would mark they changed my daughter's diaper, and I would come check on her & her home diaper would still be on. ( daycare diapers had her name written on them as required, so I could also tell if she had been changed or not.) sometimes she would go 5 hours or so without a real diaper change. Even though it was marked in the app that they had changed her. They would mark that they fed her 8 oz & then my 4 oz breastmilk bottles would still be in the fridge. So I think they were giving her someone else's milk. Also I could walk in & they would ask me which child was mine. So that definitely worried me. You don't have to be buzzed in( you do have a code) but if someone was in front of you, anyone could slip in while someone else was walking in the school & the teachers didn't know who the kid was much less what the parents looked like. They had pictures of the babies in their own classroom, but since they had to always move them to the older room their pictures weren't in there. Since there was only 1 teacher that meant babies were left crying while she held one baby, or changed a diaper or fed any of them. I'm pretty sure it was the cafeteria staff that would come relieve the teacher for her lunch break. They were all nice people but extremely under staffed, with a high turnover over rate. We left really shortly after we started and found an amazing daycare where there are 4 teachers for about 10 babies. Even the toddlers class has 3-4 teachers all the way until they are two. And we pay less now. The new school has better cameras & more security. Unlimited log ins at our new school. The infants have their own "playground" and go outside everyday weather permitting. it's covered so you don't have to worry about the sun as much. **** update. I didn't post my first or last name on yelp. So that makes sense that you couldn't pull my name off of any database. I also believe it was my spouse that registered our child. However, my child did attend this school. I struggled to post this because I truly thought the staff was nice. But as a parent I would want to know the experience we had. The school was just severely understaffed & everyone was new. Teachers walked out in the middle of the day & quit it got so bad. Those things can be fixed.
