Don't ever try to resolve anything through corporate customer service. They just keep opening cases and nobody ever contacts you back. When you call back in you can't talk to anyone higher than the person answering the call. John Linnenbach at the branch made the error. Branch manager Barbara Richardson is a disgrace as a "manager". What they did was fraudulent and I feel they are trying to cover their tracks and avoid reimbursing me so as to not admit to what they did.

I did not hear back from her until the end of the week. My ex is currently driving without safe brakes thanks to her playing this game. I would not recommend this office at all. Who knows when I will see my taxes. Edit: I have already called to figure this issue out. The only option is to keep trying or restart my entire taxes again. H&R needs to allow taxes to be transferred to another office when issues arise.

NO it wasn't get a call that we are missing a form. Set up an appointment for 5 PM. Show up for the appointment and wait 2 hours. Tax preparer number two has an angry person before us he takes a brief brake and then looks over our return. He has to keep stopping in the middle to answer phone calls from the angry woman before us. She called back 5 different times each time he'd have to stop what he was doing on ours switch to hers answer her questions. Then resume ours we set up a payment plan for what we owed and it was submitted. Only the IRS never takes payments out of my account so I call tt a manager how puts me on a 2 min hold says he looked over our return and it is fine. Fast forward to this year go to a different tax place due to being unhappy last year find out our taxes last year were never filed. Run far and fast from this location.
