Located on the ground level of the Mauka (mountain) side of the Mall, near Center Stage, the merchandise looks like it's all handcrafted, but probably is not. There were knitted plushies, small bags, and keyrings. I had to look at all of the bunnies - ones with orange hats, purple hats, strawberry bodies, and pink ones! I also saw hanging plants, pandas, Mchicken, Batman, Captain America, chickies, carrots, piggies, reindeer, Kuromi, and more! They even had jewelry and cute stickers! The merchandise was from more than the ten featured Entrepreneurs on the television program. I recognized Ulu Mana and the Hawaiian Chip Company. I didn't know about the other companies and products. Service was very helpful and friendly! The manager knew exactly what I was looking for and told me that the featured companies will be stocking the South Shore Market store soon. These products are sourced locally and can be ordered online. I just wanted gifts to send to the mainland. It's a convenient one-stop shop for gift giving! I appreciate the free, covered parking! We had the pleasure of meeting (JORDAN), one of the artists who works at the gallery. He was incredibly kind and generous with his time, walking us through the store and sharing the stories behind some of the pieces. When we asked to see his own artwork, we were blown away. Jordan has an incredible talent for capturing the beauty of the east side of the island-the lush greens, deep blues, and the feeling you get when you're out on a hike surrounded by nature. As someone who spends a lot of time exploring those places, his work really spoke to me. You can feel the connection to the land in every piece. What impressed me even more is how young he is. His level of skill and vision is remarkable, and it's exciting to think about where his artistic journey will take him in the future. We were lucky enough to purchase a few of his pieces for an amazing price and I truly feel grateful to have them in my home.
