The juice is made in front of you by the workers in a friendly manner, the verity is vast with combinations of flavors you could only dream of. There is no prejudiced if you are new to the vape community at this store, they will take you step by step into process of quitting smoking if you so choose, and in turn, will show you what you will need and how you can accomplish your goals. I'm never a fan of upstairs downtown locations with a staircase to climb, there are no extra additions to this store it's pretty bare bones, no extras like flags or t-shirts, it's just got the basics no frills nothing fancy, the staff are a little more knowledgeable then your average head shop employee. The sad thing is that this business has only been around for a year or two and they're already telling customers that they can re-stock their inventory because of the poor Canadian dollar or they can't stock accessories because their supplier wants a ridiculous amount for a minimum order, these were the excuses I received when I wanted to spend money and/or wanted product, I've been turned away more than I have purchased. It's unfortunate when small businesses suffer when they are run inadequately and become unsuccessful in a small period of time.

When it comes to adult items like sex toys, it's important to be very non-judgemental. Venus Envy has that, and more. The employees have never been anything but friendly and courteous, and always willing to answer any questions. The storefront is cleverly used for display purposes so if you were ever worried about being spotted by someone you know from outside, that won't be a problem. Inside, it's clean, bright, and has a very chill environment. The store has cool pamphlets on various topics such as BDSM, menstruation, and solo play. They each have nice tidbits of information, and list resources on the topic to further read. Around the store they have different toys on display to pick up and look at, and testers for lubes and such. They have books and magazines on a wide variety of subjects, and not only just only sexual matters. What I also like is that they have period alternative products like cloth pads and the Diva cup. All in all, a great place to visit and I have always left happy.
