Gigi's Fabric Shop (aka Juki Junkies) is top notch -- the best in customer service I know --- and that's ANY BUSINESS --- not just a fabric/sewing machine shop. The phone is answered even after hours if possible. Gigi hires the most friendly, personable, and knowledgeable people -- Boki is great! So is David (well, Gigi raised David but still -- he knows his stuff!). I live hours away, and I often shop online. A few times a year I travel to Brandon with a group of sewing friends (They call us the Pink Ladies) and we have never left the brick and mortar shop without huge smiles on our faces. My all-time favorite quilt shop! Gigi is so responsive to her customers. She will help you coordinate fabrics all the way to spend all day helping you find the RIGHT machine for your needs. I highly recommend this shop. Prices are average for the quality of beautiful fabrics she offers-- good quality too. Not cheap fabric at all! The rest of Gigi's employees are all very sweet and helpful as well. You can tell that the whole business is very passionate about what they are doing. Gigi is very passionate about introducing sewing to the next generation. She wants to pass the torch of sewing to the kids.
