The rep dismissed my concerns and basically told me I was free to mow the property. Just awful lack of service and rude response. As a neighborhood, we've endured this blight for months. This office doesn't care about the neighborhood. When I called the village I was advised they had a similar response. Why not won't remove your sign? It's an awful PR look to have your sign on such a neglected eyesore. Is this an indication of your culture and sense of professionalism? I'd give zero stars if that was an option.

This guy does not have your wants & needs in mind when buying a home, and all he is looking for is a paycheck. There are many realtors out there who actually listen to what you have to say, pay attention to what you want in buying a home and won't try to force you into something you obviously don't like.. but not this guy. He doesn't realize buying a home is a HUGE deal. Stay away from this guy, he is not a good realtor.
