They help you find what you're looking for and continue to bring you different sizes and options to the dressing room so you can stay in there until you get the right fit. That's huge for me. I hate to get dressed to come out for a different size. Not sure if the value is great compared to online but you can't get the immediate results and customer service like you can one on one plus I like to support local businesses.

They have a sign on their door that says they carry Blue Buffalo however when I went to get dog food I was very disappointed to find that the Blue Buffalo area was a small end cap with 2 small bags of dog food & 1 bag of cat litter ... really?! When I asked the cashier how often they ordered Blue Buffalo she said it wasn't often because "they have a five hundred dollar minimum". While I was there, a man came down from an upstair area. He looked so crabby & the 2 employees working in the store got this look on their face like "oh here he comes". The cashier told him to have a good day & he mumbled something & walked out. Seemed like a real jerk to me. This place better get it together if they want to stay in business. I was the only person in the store on a Saturday ... that was weird to me since, in my experience, feed stores are usually really busy on the weekends.
