They confirmed the day before that they would be on the job, they arrived on time, did a great job, and they were easy to work with. The gentleman doing the work noticed a drainage issue on the property and proposed an excavation job to correct it. I appreciated his sharp eye and expertise. I strongly advise against using Gilchrist Land Management. I specifically asked what equipment they would use for my 14x32 insulated tiny house, and was told a "truck trailer and a machine." Instead of using a shed mule, they showed up with an excavator and tried to drag the building off its bricks. Communication was very dry and short from the start. After failing to lift the building and leaving it completely unleveled, they claimed we'd have to wait 3 weeks for "dry weather." This was a clear lack of expertise; I hired a professional the very next day who moved it easily with a mule, despite the mess and ruts this company left in the dirt by dragging the bricks.
